Farandula Pizzeria Hialeah — Restaurant in Hialeah

I wanted to get a blonde female employee's attention because I wanted to drink water because I was thirsty, but she was with another customer. After a short while (after she attended that customer of course), I believe that she said that I was bothering her to a male employee because a male employee told me "¿Que te pasa?". Maybe he thought that I was bothering her, or that there was a problem that I caused, but I wasn't trying to bother her, I didn't cause any problem in the pizzeria either. I told him that I wanted free water, and I got a large cup of cold water with ice, which I could not keep (I understand that this cup is for the pizzeria. No problem with that), and then I got ANOTHER cup of water. This one I could keep.

Basically, I think that the only problem with this pizzeria is the blonde female employee that I was talking to. I don't know what her name is at all, but I think she needs some retraining or...

It was Super lovely💖 My family and I went and the plates were nicely hot and large (good prices for such big plates) and the atmosphere inside is very relaxing and homely with good nostalgic music. We had a good service attended by Lisy, she was super friendly and attending to us with good timing! Esto parece mentira pero es muy real. Pedí un spaguetti con queso; me lo dieron envuelto y me dijeron que el recibo lo enviaban al # de teléfono por el cual hice el pedido. Por estar apurado revise este al llegar a casa y me di cuenta que me lo habían Cobrado como spaguetti con jamón ( incluso así lo decía el recibo) En ese mismo comprobante se solicitaba una opinión sobre el servicio recibido y ahí mencioné el error cometido con el cobro. Inmediatamente me respondieron que sería revisada mi queja y al día siguiente recibí la respuesta. Me respondieron que efectivamente se me había cobrado mal y me ofrecieron disculpa por ello; lo cual era lógico y aceptable pues cualquiera se equivoca. Incluso yo había dejado una modesta propina y mi intencion solo era advertirles de que se fuera mas cuidadoso pues no dejaba de ser algo desagradable y molesto que no debía suceder. Pero he aquí lo que a mi juicio es interesante y hasta ridículo que me lleva a escribir este comentario. A continuación de la disculpa agregan - y lean bien esto - Que si yo No Me Había Comido el spaguetti se me devolveria el total del dinero!!!! PERO; si me lo había comido y me había gustado se me devolverla la diferencia del pago!!!!!..Damas y Caballeros; ni a Alexis Valdés se le ocurriría un chiste como ese.!!!!!Que pretendían? Que tuviera guardado el dichoso spaguetti como pieza de museo hasta que lo llevara de vuelta como a 3 millas o mas de mi casa?Por favor!!! Luego, yo diría que irónicamente, la despedida dice: "Para nosotros es mas importante la satisfacción del cliente que el dinero"... Evidentemente por allí no he vuelto más a...
