Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Hialeah

Very disappointed in the customer service of this place. I called at exactly 11:12 PM and spoke to a young lady who placed my order for carryout. I made my way to the location 15 minutes after my order was placed when it would be ready only for them to tell me it was closed. We wait outside while we wait for someone to answer the phone and finally was able to get through to Erick. We told Erick what happened and he told us that the location was closed for carryout. We explained to him that we had placed an order at 11:12 PM with a young lady and she told us it would be ready in 15 minutes. He hung up the phone on us. We called again to place an order for delivery because we honestly just wanted our pizza and Erick answered again and he told us that we had to have a minimum subtotal of $18 which wouldn’t even be met by a large pizza ($16) and a soda ($1.99). After re-explaining that we were supposed to have an order for pick up, he hung up the phone on us. We called from a different phone number and Erick answered again, after giving him my address, I assume he remembered it was us and he placed us on hold. We called while on the line with another phone and he took our order with attitude. The delivery guy came to deliver the pizza and it was the same guy who told us the store was closed. He was upset about not giving him a tip and gave us attitude at our HOUSE which is beyond disrespectful and uncalled for. Something has to be done about the horrible customer service & call center that is offered by Pizza Hut. It should not be this difficult or frustrating to order a single large pizza. This is the first time in YEARS that I order from Pizza Hut and it will be the last, at least from this location. I called regarding an order and it was absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get someone to answer the phone. They were beyond rude! They kept on putting my call on hold when it would ring back to them. After over 10 minutes of waiting and calling back, someone FINALLY answered the phone and, just when I started talking, put me back on hold.

The curbside pick-up is a joke. They are supposed to come to your car and deliver the pizza so that everything is contactless, but that didn't happen. If I waited any longer, I would have rot in my car. Apparently, others know this because there were quite a few people standing in front of their restaurant.

Lastly, the pizza itself was badly cut - slanted. The smallest slice was half the size of the biggest slice. Also, they are very cheap with their toppings. Our pizza looked nothing like the one pictured with a decent amount of pepperoni and sausage.

With all these bad reviews, how is it possible that no one has done something about their bad customer service? Does Pizza Hut not care that they are giving their brand a horrible name?

Oh, well. You live and you learn, so I won't be going back to that one again....

Terrible service by the Manager Carmen and smaller covid pizza excuse. We ordered 3 large pizzas all sealed for $31. Got home opened the boxes and the pizzas were all medium sized once we opened them trusting they were large. We called the store again and asked to speak to the manager Carmen at evening shift on Sunday, we told them to please refund us the money or at least charge us for 3 medium sized pizzas and she told us that we had to drive back with the unsealed opened pizzas to return them to get a refund. How the heck are you gonna return opened pizzas to sell them again. She wouldn't help us at all. Worst pizza service in Hialeah, never ordering there again.
