I hate to do this because I love every other la granja I've been to but this one was was an all around bad experience.
First I waited like 15 at the register with the lady right there before being acknowledged, I ordered my 1/4 chicken and salad, waited 20 minutes watching some guy who came in and ordered after me get his food and still waited, then I watched a cook take two fully loaded rods with full chickens on then walk down the line like they were hiking poles, watching the chicken slide down and hit the disgusting floor, and then the lady brought a half chicken and salad calling the same number for the guy who was after me and Isince he was long gone I just took that and left.
I've been to like 5-6 different la granjas and have never had an issue, always getting my food promptly and with wonderful service and personalities, but this one was just down right disgusting.
I was polite the whole time I was there just thinking to myself, never will I come back to this one in...

If you ask, they will give you a teeny-tiny small plastic cap with a small bit of one type of onion salsa. Not like the other restaurants that have big tubs of onion salsa that you can serve yourself. And no bottles of sauce on the tables. If you ask them they will give you this ridiculously small capful of sauce. Less than a teaspoon. Seriously. At least the chicken was delicious! Also, beware that no one in this restaurant speaks any English. I was unable to communicate when I asked them questions. They just shrugged and apologized that they could not...

When you order physically at the place it takes forever for 2 reasons; because they make the food fresh which is technically a good thing and secondly there's always a line. However both of these issues are avoided when you call and order about 20 mins ahead of time. Also, if you do call and order when you get there you don't have to make the line no matter how impolite it may seem, all your have to do is go to the left side of the register and they will will immediately charge you and give...
