Cuballama — Local services in Hialeah

I wonder: How Cuballama was able to get such a deal with ETECSA or Cubacell, these Cuban companies that are ripping off all Cubans inside and outside of the isle. But I wonder, how Cuballama, company that claims to have their servers in Spain. How did they get that deal, when there is no other company that have been able to get it.

Is Cuballama being funded by Cuban regime ? I mean hwo is that possible - Using Cuballama you can reload a prepaid phone in Cuba where your family or friends in Cuba in this case, they receive double credit on their devices if one pays from US or outside Cuba. However, Cubans inside the isle can not benefits from this. Cubacel doesn't offer those for Cubans inside the isle.

They are actually ripping off Cubans, they are getting the information and sending to Castro's for their records, they are also stealing the money of the people. Theur calls and SMS THEY WERE THE ONLY ONE COMPANY WHO WAS ABLE TO GET THAT DEAL LOOK AT IT NOT VERIZON, NOT AT&T, NOT T-MOBILE, NOT MOBISTAR WHICH IS FROM EUROPE NO ONE EXCEPT CUBALLAMA WITH SERVERS IN SPAIN

I wonder if Cuballama is paying taxes since they are making millions of dollars monthly !

just do the math How many Cubans outside Cuba ? Almost ll of them use Cuballama for 10 dlrs you can barely talk 14 mins AND WATCH OUT because the quality is not the best and you lose a lot of time when talking or trying to communicate the delay during the calls is if not highest ever seen among the highest in the world.

Cuballama seems to me a Company who is giving money to the Castro's dictatorship same money they use in repressing Cubans ...

I’ve been using this company for maybe a year or so. Everything was fine. My sister had an incident with these people that she sent 50 dollars to get my uncles phone & internet recharged . Money never got to them. It’s been 3 months & these people still say they’re “investigating”. Now, this had never happened to me till May. & she told me , you’ll never get your money. Well, she was right ... they’re investigating. The emails they send you is to basically tell u it isn’t their fault & they don’t know wat happened. They said investigations took 7-10 days.... it’s been more than that & now they say that there is no time frame AT ALL. So basically I’ll never get it. They’re so damn petty for 30 freaking dollars !! So now, I am using REBTEL. You can recharge FOR FREEEEE!!!!! I’m so glad my mother in law told me about them. Never going back to these idiots again. De RESERVACIONES DE AUTO para cuba es pésimo y una estafa, No recomiendo esta opción ya que es mentira lo que publica el sitio web y la promoción incierta. Primero me cobraron una comisión por transferencia internacional por pagar a ustedes porque su cuenta está fuera de los estados unidos y el proveedor suyo radica en España de $370.00 USD cobraron un fee de $11.10 USD. Segundo la atención al cliente es pésima por la asistente Paula Agente asignado primero solo una disculpa por lo antes mencionado es decir me robaron en comicios $11.10 USD y solo una disculpa. Tercero me llama después de los dos días en lo que te obligan a facturar sin ellos saber si tiene disponibilidad segura cambiándome la disponibilidad asignada por la web para el lugar más secano de donde voy, a tratar de ver en otros proveedores de renta de autos en cuba. Cuarto me regresan la llamada después de dos días más para decirme que consiguieron la disponibilidad en otro proveedor el cual nunca me dijeron hasta esperar que me entregaran el voucher al insistir ella me da la fecha de la reserva confirmada por el proveedor la cual no era la correcta escrita por mi solicitud que era del 5 sep al 10 de septiembre , ahora a esperar a que el error sea verificado por el proveedor. Quinto una día después me confirman que no encuentra disponibilidad y que me harán un reembolso total de los $370.00 pero no de los cargos cobrados extra por esta transacción al proveedor en España, y esperar a que se haga efectiva en unos días ? No hay repuesta ni de cuántos días ni nada ya que te cuelgan de inmediato no te dan tiempo a preguntar .

Lamentablemente es una falta de todo a nivel de compañía y de personal no calificado para proporcionar un buen soporte ha este servicio . Espero resibir una llamada de la administración ya que por lo sucedido no creo que otra persona paces por esto y are compartir el mismo por diferentes medio con copia de lo antes mencionado . Siempre de manera informativa para evitar que alguien más paces por una estafa dado que es engañosa su servicio de renta de autos para cuba a lo real mente publicado en dicho sitio.
