McDonald's — Restaurant in Hialeah

had an incredibly unsatisfactory experience at the McDonald's located at 4185 W 16th Ave, Hialeah, FL 33012. To start, the food was far from acceptable. The burger I ordered was distressingly dry, reminiscent of cardboard, while the fries were limp, excessively salty, and tasted as though they had been sitting out for hours. Beyond the lackluster food, the hygiene and upkeep of the dining area were equally disappointing. Tables were left dirty, with remnants of previous meals still evident, and the floor was littered with trash, making for an unsightly and unappetizing environment.

But what truly took me aback was the blatant unprofessionalism of the staff. Instead of attending to the growing line of waiting customers, several employees were in the back, dancing and playing loud music, seemingly indifferent to their actual job responsibilities. It felt as though customer service and a satisfactory dining experience were the last things on their mind. I even tried getting their attention, but to no avail. They carried on, oblivious to the mounting frustration of those waiting to be served.

It's truly disheartening to witness such a decline in standards, especially from a renowned chain like McDonald's. This visit was a far cry from the quality and service I once associated with the brand. Safe to say, I won't be giving this particular location...

This McDonald’s was a total mess.The employees and the manager Damarys were very rude and disrespectful to me... She Poured me a sundae, it was half up to the middle. She also poured it with an attitude. when I complained about my cup being that low, she said that it was the right measure and that the policies of McDonald’s has changed. We were sitting at a table, and I don’t think she noticed that,, so someone goes through the drive- thru and have asked for a shake “Shei” and some large fries and 2 Big Mac. She said that the person who ordered that was a cow, (physical terms) she also started laughing and making inaudible comments about that person. I couldn’t Believe the horrible things I was hearing. Then few minutes later, I heard her telling her employees that she has told that during her hours shift it’s banned to sell shakes at that time when she’s on duty. I would totally appreciate if I could have an email from the cooperate or so. Please reply as soon as you see this...

Today December 25th at 6:15 pm I was there ordering a happy meal with a vanilla shake for my son and a medium caramel frappe for me. The smoothie machine was broken as usual, sometimes it is broken or they are cleaning it during the rush hours . They served me half of cup of the frappe instead of the full cup. I requested to speak to the manager and her answer was " The machine is broken and your options are take it or leave it". She was extremely unprofessional, worst manners, very bad language and attitude. In front of my face she told the employee " cancel his order give him the money back so he can get out of here" In top of that she told me to "go back home to eat your Christmas pig" The store number is 25649 located at 4185 W 16th Ave Hialeah, FL 33012 I hope upper management or corporate can read my review to prevent other customers from going through this. This person definitely does not meet the requirements to be a manager and even less to work...
