McDonald's — Restaurant in Hialeah

Let’s put it this way, kids infiltrate this McDonald’s by skipping school and not one employee is reporting this. As high school Drop out rates are steady climbing this is an invitation for those kids to halt them from growing. I ordered here to view the indoor aspects of McDonald’s mobile order services provided and I have to say they are doing a poor job for what they’re getting paid. I ordered this at 12:21pm whereas I was not able to receive my food(table service). I had to go the counter and I spoke to one of the representatives who stated she was off but still behind the counter needless to say I had to loudly speak to obtain my food without going behind their counter. I got my food approximately 15 minutes later, they did not bring it to me and they were serving the skipping students instead. With that being said I sat down I took a look at the beverage my guest obtained from his order 98% of the cup was with ice. Now, the kiosk does not provide the option for no ice, Iight ice, or more ice. So, I went to the counter and asked for a refill on his beverage to whereas I was declined with no explanation whatsoever, my guest attempted to ask for a refill and was shortly rejected. When purchasing a fountain drink regardless of your no refill policy, you are purchasing the beverage not the ice. So to many who order here beware there is soliciting children around and poor customer service. I don’t expect much customer service from a fast food joint, I do expect them to do the job they’re...

I ordered a McDouble, a McChicken and some fries. First off, the fries were good, if slightly lukewarm. About what I expected. Good in a pinch, on the road. The mcdouble was poorly sauced, the pickle distribution was embarassing and I found the patty and bun both very "stale" tasting. "Dry" is really the one word review I can give there. Bang for your buck in terms of calories, but didn't scratch that "fried fast food" itch. The star here was the McChicken - despite the lowest effort mayo spread job I've ever seen in my life, the taste was light years fresher than the McDouble and handily surpassed my expectations. Would order that again.

Overall, I will say that I was mostly right - mediocre food at an increasingly higher price. On a road trip perhaps enjoyable. After a few beers and a long night, serviceable. But I can't imagine even semi regularly eating this and enjoying it. The real draw is probably like Starbucks - consistency. On August 24th 2025 Add around 8:45 to 9:00 a.m.. I went to this McDonald's to ask for $3 egg McMuffins. This was my second attempt at a different McDonald's. At this point in time I had the McDonald's Customer Service representative on the line. Got stupid ,also At this McDonald's I asked the girl several times to toast the bread on the egg McMuffin with the McDonald's customer service employee on the line. I got to the window and I told her my bread was NOT toasted she got stupid and after I told her loL She says no I'm giving your money back. I kept on asking for her name she refused when she gave me a refund the item cost me $6.54 and she gave me change of $8.45 she actually stole from the Company on top of that. I will not stop until I speak to a District Manager.
