I usually don’t write reviews, but I am really disappointed with their service. I hired them for a small event. They arrived late and they charged more than the given invoice. Food was good, but customer service was poor. I tried to reach the merchant but their response was very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend their services for events. For the price they charge, I would go with a better quality merchant.
Answering your comment:
1st. You are giving me the reason with your response. You are being impolite and unprofessional (same as you were by phone). For that reason, I would never recommend your service.
2nd. I am the customer, the one that hired the service and the one that payed for the service. Nobody gave permission to anyone else to sign or use my credit card information. Which in fact is also a lie in your statement, since nobody signed or increased the invoice on my behalf.
3rd. You are nobody to say if $166 is a big amount to a person. Some people work hard to get that amount in many days. Which you also are lying with amount that you are charging me extra, WITHOUT my authorization.
4th. The invoice was checked, including the gratuity for the service and labor. That’s why I was surprised when you decided to increase the invoice without authorization. For that reason is that I call to try to fix your mistake, but as it’s shown, you are very unprofessional.
5th. Do not put words I never used, neither state facts that never happened. It is unethical to lie, just to solve your problem. Assume your mistakes and try to fix them.
You are going back and forward with your lies. You even made contradictory sentences on your statement. I hope you regret from your unethical actions and don’t repeat them with other clients.
