Subway — Restaurant in Hialeah

Our experience was not very good. We walked in and asked what we wanted which was a all American wrap and I stated I wanted my ham, turkey, bacon and cheese heated and she said what so u mean in a very un aceptable way. Then we stayed we wanted to eat there it was 9 pm and she stated in a very rude way said no you can not eat here. There’s way to speak to customers like sorry man but after a certain time we do our lobby is close and it is only for takeout. And I asked her also which was the spicy Italian and she said I just bite it and then you will know. Wow what great customer service. And she was complaining every time someone else would walk in. I. Think if u feel so bad and don’t want to be there then stay home and give others opportunities to work and have better manners and with costumers. I will not be visiting this subways anymore. And the other lady told the other customer that you did not do chop salads there. And the customer stated he always goes there and they make ot for him. He said well not now. Both ladies very rude. USED to love this place until today always had a great experience with the staff and manager (day shift) until today at about 3:00 pm.One of the girls and older spanish lady was cleaning the floor behind the counter in front of the oven we walk in she say hello and walk to the back grab a garbage bag to put it on the garbage container next to the counter and without washing her hands grab a pair of the disposable globes and proceeded to ask me what did I want I told you just put your gloves without washing your hand and touching the garbage can and mop? Her response was my hands are clean I told her not and walked out. I find her action gross and inappropriate for someone that handles food. They just lost a regular customer from Monday to Friday buying two to three foot long. But they should improve their hygiene if they want to keep...

This subway was one of my favorites because of its clean area and nice people but now they have new employees and one of them named JESSICA is very disrespectful, always screaming to the customers and very rude. I was very upset with her behavior. I don’t feel right that Subway hired people like her. They should put some warning or just fire her since you can see that she is working maybe because of the money but no because she enjoys her job or interact with the people.
