New Dragon Restaurant — Restaurant in Hialeah

I just got bk from a trip & needed a good dinner to eat at home, so I ordered here, after my 1st 2 choices didn’t have the steak for some reason. This was the worst dinner ever!! I got the dragon steak, which I’ve ordered elsewhere, aka China steak, n it’s been great. Didn’t taste good, it was a bad cut & looked liked it was tenderized w a Mallot. I asked for it medium well n got it Med to Med rare in sections. Also it had over 2” chunk of hard un eatable fat. The guy who took my order told me this dinner just came w veggies so I then ordered a small fried rice w crab, flavorless n plenty of imitation crab, which I’m allergic too, when I didn’t need to bc it came w white rice. The crab wonton were fried to perfection but wasn’t great, I had to drench in red sauce to eat 3 to fill myself bc I was hungry n didn’t like the rest… egg roll was ok ate 1/2. A very good friend recommended this restaurant. I placed an order but as I was waiting a foul odor was in the place. Well they mix d up my order and I realized it when I was already home. I called and they told me to bring the other order back and they would fix my order. Ok so I drive back , they were very nice , but I told the girl that after all the driving and inconvenience they should add a little something to my order. She said I had opened both bags. Of course how am I going to see what was in the bag? Well in conclusion, the food is good but they need better customer service. I will stick with my primary restaurant New Hong Kong . I was visiting a friend over the weekend and she suggested to do delivery with this restaurant. She's ordered from here plenty of times and thought I'd like it as well. They were pretty quick with delivery and the food was correct however; while spooning out my roast pork fried rice I see something you never want to see. A roach! A fully intact gigantic dead roach.
