I had been a customer of this place for years until today. My experience today was not the best they have lost the essence of what kept bringing me back. First the food was not fresh it looked reheated but still decided to give it a shot and sure enough I should have never doubted my instincts. Since my husband and my kids seemed to be enjoying their plates I stayed. Just to see the most discriminatory actions by the person serving our table section. This lady if I can call her that was ignoring the customer right in front of my table. The guy who obviously had a disability called her nicely more than six times for a refill of limonade and she never answered his request, but had time to fill the other sodas from the table behind me while he requested the refill one more time and she just walked like she could not see him but was making jokes with the people behind me. Then my husband told the hostess what was happening and he served the drink to him after she ignored his request of filling the guys drink. Then I decided enough was enough told my husband to ask for the tab and there she comes with a smile and jokes to my table I payed the bill with a credit card on purpose and wrote a $0.00 tip on the receipt. Believe it or not she had the audacity of asking me for her tip. Her exact words "my tip will be in cash right?" To which I answer sorry you are not getting a tip from me today and she asked why is that? I had the pleasure to tell her you ignored him in front of me and that made me upset you are to treat everyone who comes here with respect and that acction made me uncomfortable and unhappy with your service. I just walked away and didn't even bother with her. Will be waiting for my credit card bill if the charge me more than the $38.98 I consumed this place will chat with a lawyer...

Came In today very nice looking place I cannot disagree. It was the experience I had that will not ever have me coming back. First time here today. Came in based on the listed prices on this menu posted here. $9.52 or something around there per person. I’ve been to others recently and its about the same. When I get my tab I see a price increase. Almost $14 with no drinks included. It is my first time here so maybe the staff could have handled the situation better as I do work customer service as well. Especially to ensure a recurring customer. They were not very understanding. you are lured in with an idea that’s is no longer. Either way the price increase is not as bad for lunch on a Saturday It’s just the service that made it unreasonable. As I was being seated I also saw a customer in a dispute with the a server. I understand why now. The food was decent. Somethings were stale. The issue is not entirely about the money but more so the price we pay for mediocre service. If the prices go up I’d expect better customer service and desert to not be stale and definitely no tiny roaches. At the end of the day they still try and enforce the tip after a bad experience. Maybe take you money elsewhere Im sure the experience...

Great choice of dishes. Wide variety, really.

Water, (even in the hot tea), is straight from the tap. NO FILTERS - AT... ALL!!!

(Soda, probably, as well...)

(Somebody has to write a law, (AND enforce it constantly(!)), to mandate water filters in restaurants, period. 'Cause, it's a disgrace...)

...

Waiters have lost any faith in human kind, as well as, will to live. I was, actually, having difficulty to find who to leave a tip for. I really wanted to tip them out, 'cause I loved the food, (and, I'm a big time foody), but every time I tried to get their attention, even about the smallest thing, the didn't even bother make an acknowledgement of my attempt to communicate.

Finally, I found a chinese gentleman, about 50 - 55-ish, and he was very kind, and helped me with what I needed. So, I left the tip for him, and made sure he got it directly into his hands.

Other than that, it's a solid 5 stars for food, 2 stars for service, 3 for atmosphere, and 0.7 stars from me, ('cause, I'm awesome).

Total: 4...

This place is terrible. The food is disgusting and they charged my 10 year old sister as an adult because she’s 5’0 on the dot. The food is dry and barely any flavor, no variety as well. They had us pay after and upcharged us for no reason. They have a self serve ice cream bucket and little kids were sticking their arms in it and trying to get the flavor they want which was so unsanitary and a little disturbing. The sesame chicken had a hard shell around it and i had to force myself to each just to get my moneys worth. Also, where is the health inspector- Why are there tongs in the bathroom?!) Not only that, they were hovering over us as we paid as you can see in the picture like hello?! Definitely not how i wanted to spend my last day in Miami.

I didn’t like it, it’s more a Cuban buffet than a Chinese buffet. The only Chinese food in there was the poorly made uncle Ben fried rice, soggy honey garlic chicken and extremely greasy spring rolls. Everything else was practically Cuban food. And most of the food was not pleasing to the eye. We had to ask for them to make honey garlic chicken without the honey garlic so the kids could eat it. The hibachi raw meat was not well chilled nor covered. We ordered water and we had green things floating in our water cups. And the restrooms were disgusting. I told my child to “hold it” and we left to use the restroom at Publix. I can honestly say we are never going there again.
