Vicky Bakery West Hialeah — Restaurant in Hialeah

I have been going to this Vicky Bakery Location for over 15 Years. As I will also assure you that my Family and i will Never step Foot in that Establishment Ever Again West Hialeah 16 Ave. They treat there customers there Horribly. As i was Verbally Disrespected by an Employee by the Name "Angie" Description Red hair Rough Face only speaks Spanish. As i was showing the Women that work there pictures of our New Baby. This woman "Angie" made a negative Hateful comment towards our baby told me to my face in Spanish "Mira Que Horrible esta Eso" That comment was unnecessary. I Said excuse me? She said Eso para mi esta Horrible ese Bebe Que tu quiere que yo Diga, Todo los Bebe's no son Lindos she said, I asked her what was wrong with her? She said "A mi Nada" Esa la Verda" To this point I was really upset and Extremely Furious at the time confused on why this woman being an employee there is being disrespectful to a client of this establishment in that matter. Her and i went on to have some words back and fourth on why she said that comment. This all at the time in front of other customers waiting in line to order and pay. I have never experienced such behavior and Disrespect coming from an employee in a place of work like this one. In Spanish She went on to say that unfortunately she is a very Blunt person and that she speaks her mind y que no tiene pelo en su Lengua. I am upset on how and why this woman would make such a comment in that matter to me. That just comes to show you the Lack of Professionalism and customer service in that establishment. Unfortunately my Family and i will not be going there ever again, But i will assure you that i will take this to Upper Management and The Owner of the Bakery. That is no way to speak to a customer, Especially a loyal customer that now will no longer go there after 15 Years. Without a Doubt if it happened to me it can most definitely happen to anyone else. I made an order for my son’s birthday party 5 days before the date. Pastries and a customized cake. When the day came i called before arriving making sure it was ready for pickup. Representative confirm it was ready. When getting there and making the huge line i was told they had an issue with the cake and they could not make it due to machine being broken since it was customized. Issue with this is they confirmed an order that clearly was not done and even worst never called me to let me know that they had issues with the machine having my order number with two alternative numbers to reach me at so i could of make my cake on time at another place.
