Taco Bell — Restaurant in Hialeah

I had a very frustrating experience at this Taco Bell. I waited over 45 minutes for food I never received. When I asked for a refund, the staff didn’t know how to process one, and they couldn’t offer a gift card or any kind of solution. I was late to work because of this, and when I requested the store manager’s business card to follow up later, they couldn’t even provide that.

There were only 4 employees trying to handle the drive-thru, food prep, and front counter, which clearly wasn’t enough. I wasn’t the only customer waiting this long. Management needs to hire more staff and have a manager who knows how to handle customer service issues, run the store more efficiently, and process something as simple as a refund. Let's first start off with they have a bench to connect a charger for a tablet or phone and I they don't have Wi-Fi so I can't finish my school work and the homework of the kids. Two to get somebody to help you out is for ever, the girl in the kitchen is just texting away while having tacos in her hands. Place is empty. They have a Manu on a screen that don't provide so that's false advertising. Took about 11 mins to get my food. I will keep going to the other one that's 5 mins alway from this one. My fries was cold and soggy and bowl the beans look like a dry desert. My wife chalupa was dry and empty with no chicken and the chupa bread thing hard and cold also. Hope this taco refund...

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever ordered from. I’ve given this location multiple chances, and every time the food has been cold, dry, and poorly made.
