There’s a quiet dignity in ordering something called a “Power Wrap”, and then telling them to hold the wrap. You’re not there for bells and whistles. You’re there for fuel: clean, honest, and unpretentious.

In the first visit, Camila, my server, moved like someone who understood: not just the menu, but the kind of customer who’s hunting more than brunch. I’m talking about those of us who’ve left the land of syrupy hangover cures and entered the temple of body discipline.

During my second visit, Marla was amazing, attentive, and provided impeccable service. She didn't treat me like a customer, she treated me like family. And that is what you call hospitality.

People like Marla and Camila are the reasons why First Watch is quickly becoming my go-to breakfast spot, to enjoy deliciously lean and clean meals.

What hit my plate was a sunrise sermon:

Egg whites, sautéed spinach, mushrooms and turkey… stripped down to the essence,

A handful of greens that tasted like they’d just been plucked from some Edenic backyard,

Avocado slices so pure it made the garden gods weep,

A cup of fruit that felt like biting into ambrosia: the kind Zeus might steal from your plate if you weren’t watching,

And a black coffee that didn’t need sugar because some things are best tasted bitter.

The orange juice? Fresh-squeezed. The immune system? Rejoiced.

First Watch isn’t pretending to be something it’s not. No gimmicks. No avocado roses or edible glitter. Just real food, served by real people, for those who want to live like gods and eat like monks.

I had the pleasure of being served by Liss or Liseth during my recent visit, and as always, she made my experience exceptional! From the moment I sat down, she greeted me with a warm smile and friendly demeanor. She was very attentive throughout my meal, making sure I had everything I needed at all times. We used to visit Miami Lakes, where she also served us, but now that we're here, we'll definitely be moving back to this location whenever she's here.

It's clear she takes pride in her work and cares about providing excellent service. Liss's positive energy really stood out and made my visit feel personal and welcoming. My husband and I will definitely be returning, especially if Liss can serve me again, as always. She's a true asset to the team!

The only bad thing for which I didn't give the food 5 stars is that I think the pork sausage is left very burnt, although Liss offered to change it, my husband decided not to. I also think that the online waiting list doesn't work well for them because we always get in line but when we arrive these 2 times they tell us that even if we sign up in line we have to wait 30 minutes until they call us. I think it shouldn't be that way. But contrary to that, the service is excellent, I would give it 1000 stars, but there are only 5. Without a doubt, Liss is an excellent tool...

From the moment I walked in, I knew breakfast here was going to be something special. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the staff greeted me with genuine smiles that made me feel right at home. Service was prompt and attentive without ever feeling rushed — a rare and much-appreciated balance.

The food? Absolutely outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with fresh, flavorful ingredients. The eggs were perfectly cooked. the coffee was rich and aromatic — clearly made with care. It’s the kind of breakfast that not only satisfies but leaves you looking forward to coming back.

What truly set this experience apart, though, was the thoughtful, friendly service. The staff paid attention to the small details and made sure everything was just right. It’s those personal touches that make all the difference.

If you’re looking for a breakfast spot that delivers excellence in both food and hospitality, look no further. Highly recommended! My Fav place to eat and this new location is on point! We had the breakfast tacos, a delicious waffle, and a chikichanga. Kudos to management, and Malena, Rosie...
