Wendy's — Restaurant in Hialeah

Just order 1 hr ago from Wendys located at 555 Hialeah Dr and once again my experience is a mess with this fast food store. Did my order online when I arrived a person by the name of Nicole (later on I asked an employee for her name due to no name tag or else) ask me Yes Sir which I replied I place an order online and Im here for pick up she told me what the name was on the order I gave my name and no order was found I showed her my cell phone with the order and nothing found , she was dealing with other employees and to tell you the truth her customer service was really bad due to no order was not found she ignored me and started with same attitude with a Uber pick up driver to which I told her she had no customer service at all her answer was the only reason you are inside here is because I opened the door I told her to cancel my order and refund me the money but she kept arguing with me and I continue telling her customer service was the worse at the end of the story the order and the food was found and of course I ended up taking a super cold food with me not to keep arguing with her. My advice to Wendys is to properly train employees especially in customer service because thats what their for This especially store for me is the worse I dont usually go to Wendys but every time time I decide to go the problem is...

Worst customer service around here, people here treat you like they don't want to sell you anything. I know it sucks to work night hours but damn at least speak don't just give me a nasty face.Happens with the same staff all the time I come here.

Staff here deserve to be fired, their customer service skills makes me never want to try wendys. They never have stuff in the menu(no salads,no baked potatoes,no frosty) why? I don't know who is in charge here,but I sure don't see any management or organization all of the ladies here should be replaced with people who at least want to help you order from the menu.

Decided to visit again today a year after I wrote this review, to my surprise nothing has changed..drive thru personnel treated me like they don’t need to help, they didn’t have sprite, no frosty either...and after I left, I realized they charged me for chicken nuggets(which I didn’t even get) and I got charged for double cheeseburgers and received singles...worse place to visit, Burger King has better service and better food, no more...

I’ve been to this location on a few occasions at their drive thru and every time I go there and ask for the fish sandwich they tell me it’s unavailable. They’re not saying it’s discontinued, they say it’s unavailable for the day. Until one day something inside me told me to go inside and speak to the manager about it because I didn’t think the lady that took my order was being truthful. It just so happens that the district manager was in there at the time. I spoke to him about it and come to find out they had it the whole time. The lady with the blonde hair that takes the orders at the drive thru didn’t even apologize to me for blatantly lying or anything. I’m not sure but I’m wondering if maybe race played a part in it because I’m African American and it’s a majority Latin area. I’m also wondering if I should pursue this with legal action. Anyways, horrible service and I will never go...
