Worst service ever. We ordered over the phone and they had to switch the phone over to someone else when we started because I guess the first person couldn’t understand us (that wasn’t the problem). We specifically asked for bone in wings. I don’t know if by them switching the phone over there was a miscommunication but they ended up giving us all boneless wings. When we went to tell the guy who took our order the amount of attitude he gave us was insane. He basically told us we were wrong which is interesting because pulling up the phone call would show we did in fact ask for bone in wings. We left the wings there while he called his manager who said since we “never asked for bone in wings” we would have to pay the extra fee for them to remake them. I have never in my life been to a restaurant where they make you pay over a mistake they made or even over a miscommunication. To the manager, ask your employees to calm their attitudes, this is a customer service position at the end of the day. On the other hand the wings were ok but the cheese dip was far from even decent.
