Wendy's — Restaurant in Hialeah

Stay away from this restaurant, The night shift manager has a very nasty attitude, and they will never give you a receipt. I applaud the fact that apparently Wendy's is hiring mentally challenged people, but having them performing a task above their limits is a bit abusive. The girl at the 1st drive-thru window asked me, "What did you order?" I had to re-order 3 times, even knowing it was a very simple order, because she was either too slow or was too distracted. In fact she was taking so long that the nasty manager came to the window, and while I was waiting for my credit card back, she told me: "move, there are cars behind you". She completely ignored the facts when I told her there was no problem, and I was not holding the line but instead waiting for my credit card back. She also came to the next window, shoved the bag with the food toward me, and said, "Here you go." It wasn't enough to repeat my order 4 times to the girl because they still got it wrong. I asked for 2 baked potatoes with butter and shives, but the butter was not in the bag. The chicken nuggets and fries were old and cold, and they didn't even give me a receipt. This is not the first time I find my self re-ordering by the time I get to the 1st window, I think the night crew are stealing from the company because, if you are paying with a credit card, you are going to have to repeat your self and re-order and, of course, you won't...

Fast service, great quality food, and reasonably priced entrees are what you can come to expect on a consistent basis from Wendy's - specifically at this location.

I'm a big fan of the baked potato with cheese and bacon (you can slather it in butter and sour cream); the best part is that you can always ask for an extra sour cream and they'll give it to you for free. Understand that in most Tex-Mex restaurants, the extra sour cream comes at a cost. Wendy's gives extra sour cream GRATIS (That means it's free).

The new harvest salad that they came out with is equally exquisite, both in taste and texture. my only complaint is that they never add enough bacon on their new harvest salad, so I try to rectify that by simply adding an extra order bacon on the side. Let's be real here, you can never have enough bacon. It wouldn't be fair for me to deduct from their overall five out of five score because of my bacon grievance. You won't be disappointed if you try their baked potato, or cheese and chili for that matter.

It goes without saying that their burgers are also good too. And that's what makes Wendy's so great: their versatile menu, and the wide variety of entrees that they offer for all types of pallets, from the healthy eater to the comfort food aficionado.

I went yesterday to this location and I ordered a number 8 which cost almost 13 dollars, when I got to the window they gave the complete wrong order, and on top of that when they change it the sandwich, well this meal is supposed to bring onions rings and bacon well it came with ONE LITTLE HALF PIECE OF BACON AND NO ONIONS RIGNS AT ALL, didn’t bring any sauce as well, it was just a pice of meat with cheese , this is a almost 13 dollars sandwich When I went inside to let them know the employee including the manager were very rude and unprofessional instead of accepting their bad service , she just told me that the was the way the sandwich is, I ask for a refund, when I was talking to her she turn around, and the other employee were laughing, this is very unprofessional and disrespectful, it is very important that Wendy’s which is a big company learn how to properly hires and properly train their staff including the Managers, I will never eat at a Wendy’s again just because you should get the correct service and food for what you are paying no less, and I will call and file a complaint because this is...
