So a few weeks back me and my mom kids and my moms room mate came here to eat between the 2 separate orders we almost spent 80$ between to 2 family’s of almost 7 people and 2 kids , the food was definitely not up to par which is a shocker because I’ve never had a bad experience at this location ever today I returned for my replacement orders and the guy name Emerson at drive thru lines was very apologetic took my order was fast prompt and very professional polite and got our order correct the food this time was great as it usually almost again I appreciate his dedication going above to ensure the order was correct and a red headed manager also over seen my order being made they made sure I had fresh fries , nuggets and chicken for my sandwich were all fresh and hot this experience was awesome and Emerson the guy in drive through deserve some kind of incentive for his hard work and dedication , if I had to say anything I did ask for extra pickles on the side and they gave me 5 single pickle slices which was disappointing but hey the food was great so I ain’t mad that the extra pickles wasn’t extra I’m just thankful the team at this location ensured my replacement was amazing this is why chic Fila here will continue to get me and my family’s business we will return , and this is why we choose chic fila over McDonald’s bc YALL have them beat by a long shot any day ! Thanks again to Emerson in drive thru he did tell me his last name and I think he said “fields” I’m not 100% sure being I had a upset toddler with me and I was already stressed and Emerson jumped in and handled everything, also the blonde headed lady at window was very fast and prompt but I didn’t get her name ! Keep up the good work guys especially Emerson he deserve like a gift card or something for his dedication today ! Don’t let his dedication go unnoticed he definitely gave my family the wow factor and he deserves a raise a gift card from his favorite place or a bonus or a day off of his choice WITH PAY AND if I had a say a promotion within his company because he definitely has what it takes to be in a higher role with this company ! You guys have a excellent and professional dedicated employee within Emerson please make sure he is rewarded and recognized for his hard work , bc these days service suck at most all drive thru food restaurants and if I could grade his performance just in this short encounter I had with him today I would say 110% with no questions asked and hands down ! Read moreMy son and I order food from Chick-fil-A every week faithfully and never have we had an issue until today. Placing our order I was specific of my son's order and my allergies. I'm allergic to avocado. My son's order was for nuggets and a lemonade. I ordered the Cobb salad with ranch dressing and a Sprite. Before the order was complete, the rep at the drive-thru listed all salad dressings for me and I specifically said I am allergic to avocado. She repeated the ordered and I drove around. I go to pay for my order but listened to the lady at the window repeat the order and there was no lemonade. I said oh but we ordered lemonade also, she said well maybe she didn't hear you because this order only says nuggets, sprite and Cobb salad. I said we ordered a lemonade also. So she added the lemonade. I pay and she hands me our drinks and food. I look in the bag and there is avocado dressing on top of my salad. Not only was I so specific at the drive-thru but the lady repeated my order including the ranch dressing at the drive-thru. So I tell the lady at the window that I'm allergic to avocado and I included that in the details of our order at the drive-thru. Very sarcastically she said oh ok, simple mistake. Then she grabbed the ranch dressing and handed it to me. I was so disappointed with the entire thing and lost my appetite which never happens. I go online to write a review and/or survey but didn't see the serial number to enter so I go inside the Chick-fil-A restaurant and speak with the director. Even though I never mentioned anything about a refund, she refunded the amount back onto my card. That's the only reason I rate this visit a 2 otherwise it would have been a 1. Read moreI went to Chick-fil-A today and ordered just the regular Chick-fil-A sandwich. I hadn't had one in a good while and I was really looking forward to it. When I sat down and pulled my sandwich out of the bag, I literally thought it was a joke or something. The bun was smaller than a breakfast biscuit and the piece of chicken was literally smaller than a sausage patty. It was not even as thick as a sausage patty. Literally, it was shocking to say the least. I took the sandwich back to the counter and ask the young boy (same one that took my order) if that was their normal size chicken sandwich or was it a breakfast patty for kids. He said it was correct and it was normal. I wish I just gave it back to them and left. If they have cut those sandwiches down that far, they can have them. I can go elsewhere. But, I went and sat back down, shaking my head in total disbelief just looking at that sandwich. Then other people that had ordered the same thing sat across from me and another in front of me and their sandwich WAS the original size chick-fil-a sandwich. So needless to say, the young boy lied to me, plus they gave me a left over piece of chicken they put on their breakfast biscuits for lunch and this was at 2:30.
