This little coffee shop is bursting at the seams with charm and personality! Good vibes and the alluring aroma of freshly brewed coffee greet you as soon as you open the door! The barista, Nestasia (apologies if that is spelled wrong) was so delightful to meet and blended the perfect holiday peppermint mocha! Mmmmmmmm! My 7-year-old daughter enjoyed a slice of moist banana nut bread which was one of two delicious pastries offered.

If you are driving by this place, please stop in at least once and give Prism Coffee a try! You'll find it to be your new favorite...

Hickory REALLY needed a top notch coffee shop and PRISM does it all! When I walked into the shop, I was instantly in awe with the feel, look and energy. It’s so pretty and the coffee is even more so… and yummy :)) Nestaseya the owner is so kind and patient with my long request of special instructions on how I liked my drink… which was nice because Starbucks my usual goto is more in and out for the next customer in line. This feels like the most absolutely incredible, safe atmosphere as soon as you step in the front door! The coffee is delicious, with most hot drinks beautifully showcasing latte art. The iced teas are also delicious, great flavor. Prism is woman owned and the owner is sunshine in human form!!! She also acts as a space for locals to showcase some of their work (paintings, crocheted items, books)! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for quality coffee and a quality...
