I highly recommend this company. I almost went with another company but, I’m glad I went with All Tech. My ex changed my computer password and deleted crucial programs like windows. I thought my kids pictures and videos would be lost forever and I was devastated. Plus, I had two broken laptops that I needed data recovery for, as well. Kevin at All Tech went above and beyond for me. First, he installed a newer and larger hard drive into my desk top and reinstalled the programs. I did not even know he was going to do this extra stuff. I had asked for just a password deletion. Not only did he give me an incredible rate for everything, he included a free external drive hard drive of all my data and gave me a backup copy hard drive when he was completed with the work. I’m not going to put the price here, as I know things are done case by case. But, I will say that it was an incredible rate and far less than his local competitors. I experienced a hard drive failure in my Dell desktop computer. Based on the positive reviews on Google, I took my computer in to All Tech yesterday. I picked up my repaired computer this morning. That is AMAZING turnaround time for a computer repair business! The turnaround time was so helpful, as I needed my computer for work. It is now humming along with a brand new Samsung hard drive! It is obvious that Kevin, Matthew, and the other fine professionals at All Tech are so committed to their craft. They are truly customer-oriented, professional, responsive, and kind. They are also very reasonable in terms of price. For my future computer repair needs, I will look nowhere else but All Tech. I highly recommend this...

I had a Dell laptop that was slow and performing poorly in every way. The techs at All Tech kept the computer for a few days, called and told me what they were doing, and installed a brand new hard drive. When I picked up the computer, they explained things to me, showed me where new icons were, and made sure that I could call them for help with the new look of my screen or any other questions.
