I am a big supporter of small businesses and love to give them positive reviews to encourage people to try them. I often give small businesses a higher review just because i want to speak positively of them.
But this place has been too inconsistent for me, so I'll just be very honest here.
I have came here atleast 5x before forming an opinion to write a review. I have came here during lunch and during dinner. I have came here during the week day and during the weekend and it's too inconsistent for me.
I've made orders on the phone and got hung up on. I've also had times where I called and they'd put me on hold and forgot about me to the point where I just hung up.
I've got to the pickup window where I was greeted right away and I've also had instances where I was ignored at the window for nearly 10mins.
While dining in, the initial service to place an order was great. But the follow up service wasn't as great such as being provided with utensils, plates, and getting refills or exchanging beverages.
The food can vary from being cooked perfectly and flavorfully and there can be instances where the food has been overcooked and tastes bland.
From my experiences, the food and service is good sometimes. Other times the food and...

Our friends were talking The Peanut House up so we thought we had to give it a try. The service was great, the prices okay and but the food was so disappointing.
I got the Panang Curry Chicken and my wife got the Thai Peanut Chicken Salad and our girls had Sweet and Sour Chicken.
Sadly the best part was the sweet and sour chicken. For all of the meals the chicken peices were good, clean and cooked well. No problem there. The issue was the lack of rich flavor and for the Panang the sauce was for lack of a better word, gross. The base was made from corn starch and the flavor profile matched those packets of cheap egg drop soup at the super market. This was not the rich, flavorful, savory dish I know Panang or any curry to be.
The Chicken Salad was meh. The best price was the peanut sauce that came on the side. The lettuce and veg were lack luster. Maybe if it was a tossed salad?
$50 dollar later, we had sampled our two entrees and eat our children's food instead of that we ordered. Needless to say we didn't take any home and won't be coming back. Sad it didn't live up to...
Read moreWe have been going to this restaurant since it open. We always order the exact same thing. The server brought out the wrong item and then argued with us stating it was the correct item that we ordered and if she changed it, we would be charged for both plates. I have been in the restaurant business for 17 years until I started my own company. We all know that the customer is always right, but to be on the other side of that where you are arguing with a server, who refuses to make the situation right was awful. Then they proceeded to talk about us while we were there. Looking at us randomly, and covering their mouth talking. It was honestly a very awkward situation. I have never given a zero tip before but this time I did, and it was well earned! Customer service just isn’t what it used to be and it’s because of situations like this where the restaurants don’t want to make it right and blame the customers. On top of all that we had to wait on our check a literally stand up before she printed...
