DON'T EAT HERE, PLEASE! 😭🤦 I had an emergency, with my mother and they tried to force her into paying for food that wasn't delivered to our table yet. As she went to the counter upon leaving, multiple women decided to rudely gang up upon her and once again, press on her to buy the food.We had only eaten about 2 chips! She told them she couldn't and they were agressive. I am extremely disappointed as the salsa is always runny, and i wanted to give the place another shot. Upon hearing this, when i had already left the store, it really hurt. What made this experience substantially dissapointing, was that they showed no compassion or care. It was all about the money to them. I ALSO MADE NOTE TO LEAVE A $2 TIP FOR THEIR TIME, AND THEY STILL WERE HATEFUL! I will never be giving my time to then again, no matter how hungry i am, because that attitude can never make a meal enjoyable. Please if you read this, don't waste your time on poor qualita salsa, and pre mad drinks with lack of sustenance/alcohol.(Btw, i forgot to mention THAT, from a previous experience.) The food was amazing! The service was horrible and is the reason I am only giving 2 stars. We sat for almost 15 minutes waiting for someone to greet us. We thought maybe they didn’t know we were seated so we stopped the first waitress we could find. She ignored my daughter the first time..rolling her eyes btw. When my daughter said excuse me again, she interrupted her, put her finger in her face, and rudely said, “I will help you in a minute!” The lady who brought our food was really nice but after that no one asked if we needed anything or topped off drinks. We had to flag someone down again to get our ticket and to go boxes. Meanwhile, the rude waitress was cutting up with another waitress. Thankfully, the food was amazing it definitely made up for the service. I always leave more than a $10 tip…not this time… and that’s rare for me. We've ate here several times and have really enjoyed it. The rum buckets are awesome and food has been good up until the other night. I've ordered the Alambres several times and enjoy it, would be better if the veggies were cut a little smaller to get cooked more. We went Friday evening and I ordered the Alambres again. I ate a small amount, as I got full fast. A few hours after getting home I started to feel sick and then got sick. I got food poisoning from undercooked meat, the bacon to be exact. We looked at my leftovers we brought home and you can tell the bacon was not cooked properly. I feel this is due to large pieces of items on skewers. I haven't been sick that way or felt that pain before and never want to again. I'd suggest downsizing the size of veggies and cooking the bacon some before putting it on...
