So my Husband and I have literally tried EVERY E-Cig/ small vape since we quit smoking 2 years ago. We’ve done Juul, Vuse (all the products) blu, and a couple of other things that I can’t remember the name. Loved juul and Vuse until they went to regular flavors which I can’t handle so I went into this vape store because someone recommended the SMOK Novo. I went in and bought 2. Came home, my husbands DID NOT WORK at all, wasn’t working when I left the store but the young guy said it just needed charging. After doing research the Novo has a vape while charging feature so it should have worked but I didn’t know that at the time. Mine won’t hold a charge for more then 10 minutes. I go back in the very next day and they wouldn't exchange my husbands vape that they knew was having problems when I left. I decided to just deal with mine not holding a charge. So I bought another Novo in Red for my Husband and 8 pods because they were gonna be closed for the virus. Even though my Novo is the same exact Novo my husband has but different color, not ONE of the replacement pods fit my Novo. They fit his Red one. They couldn’t explain why the pods won’t fit my Novo, wouldn’t replace either vape until I went back in and got ANOTHER NOVO in the black/green color. Was so excited because mine hardly works, and no pods will fit it. Got home, put it on the charger...seemed everything was gonna work out. NOPE!!!! The 4th one I bought does not work! It just says it’s charging for 8 plus hours, will not fire like it’s should while charging. It does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Called them back the same night because 1 out of 4 Novo’s I have gotten there works correctly. They were not willing to fix the issue or make it right. They told me to contact SMOK which I did. Lengthy claims process. I got to thinking, the ONLY VAPE that works or works correctly is the one that still had the plastic on the box. My husbands 2nd one. So 2 of them didn’t work AT ALL, not once. My purple one has never held a charge for longer then 10 minutes and I cannot find ANY replacement pods that don’t fall out with the slightest movement and willl not fire because they do not fit the purple one. The fit all of the other ones I have that have NEVER worked! Not sure what is up with that but I honestly feel that they are taking defective items and putting them back on the shelves. I did my review research and a lot of people love the NoVo with little complaints. So how is it that 3 of 4 vapes I buy do not work and the only one that works correctly was still in the plastic? The only sensible thing going on is they’re selling defective items people return! If they would have exchanged it and made it right, that would have been good business. At this point I’d exchange all 3 of the defective Novo’s for 1 working Novo!!!! Buying 3 defective vapes costing close to $100 is by far very aggravating and having a business not fix something they knew was going on before I left the store instead of just saying it needs charged is really bad business! I’ve never bought vapes, pods or juice anywhere but there but after this process I will NOT RETURN! So people, please please please make sure your vapes work before you leave! If they are not in plastic please question it and definitely try it out before you leave that store! I’ve never had a business NOT make an issue right! I don’t think that asking for a replacement device within 24 hrs, heck 4 hours the last day after buying 3 non working devices is irrational!!!! I did contact SMOK, it will be quite a wait on another device. I also bought a Novo 2 just Incase it takes a month. Just please check your devices before you leave!!!! Also, make sure you know what kind of juice your vape can take because the young guy also sold me a juice that ruined my brand new pod within an hour because Novo has to take the Salts! You should be able to trust someone who is selling you things they are supposed to know about but apparently I need to research to check...

They have Delta products as well. The staff members are cool and they knowledgeable about their products. The PynePod I bought came out to $20 even after taxes, and most other vapes are about the same price. I saw some delta vapes for $44. Not bad in my opinion. They also had $7 clearance vapes as well! Definitely check them out and try the mango or the kiwi PynePods! Lost Mary strawberry ice is another one of my favorites. They definitely have a flavor...

I buy from this shop frequently and I Just bought a new Kang vape disposable and noticed the battery was weak/defective while testing it in store. Told the worker that it was defective and he was making excuses about the company making changes and etc. The worker wouldn’t offer a refund or exchange, instead told me to buy another one for a discount.
