I was coming home from a 12 hrs shift and I was craving a caramel frappe, when I got to the window before paying I asked the girl taking the payment if I could customize it for extra caramel drizzle and she said yes then said that the drink was already made so I saidâ can you just pour it into another cup all together with the whip cream I donât mind I would love extra caramel drizzleâ and she was very nice and said yes and told the other worker. I get to the window to get my frappe and this worker (with a cap and short hair) didnât even had a name tag! was super rude you could tell this person didnât want to work and didnât want to provide customer service, I donât know how this kind of person is this rude to customers like not willing to do anything. The worker gives me my frappe and I said âI just ordered it with extra caramel drizzle â and the worker says âno you didnât customize itâ and I said âyes I did you can ask the girl in the other window when I paidâ and the wrkr said âNo itâs not on the receipt you didnât pay for it you have to pay for itâand I said âno problem and gave my cardâ the wrkr just looks at the card and says âwell I can not charge you the drizzle by it selfâ and I said âcan you talk to the other girl because I did tell her about it and she said that it will be doneâ this person just kept giving me excuses all for some drizzle like really? This is unacceptable, explained to the manager in charge. I been waiting for 40 minutes for my order. She gave me an attitude said she said has other people with more orders than me. So technically Iâm not a priority. I donât understand how is it my problem. I been waiting for 40 minutes. I wasnât offered nothing for the inconvenience or an apology for the delay. When I arrived I saw they were in a middle of a rush, after ordering they told me to park in between some cars which is weird since they always tell me to go to a curbside. My order was not given to me after half an hour so I decided to kindly as the cashier if my order was ready, by the way the cashier was amazing and understanding so props to her, my problem was with the staff in the windows who instead of having my order ready they told me to wait in a curbside, I told them that I wont be waiting more time, I decided to keep my cool since I had previously worked in the fast food industry, after my food was given, they didnât apologized for making me wait 30 minutes for the food, they simply just shoved my food. not even a âhave a good dayâ simply nothing. i will eventually come back to this mcdonalds but definitely not...
