I was coming home from a 12 hrs shift and I was craving a caramel frappe, when I got to the window before paying I asked the girl taking the payment if I could customize it for extra caramel drizzle and she said yes then said that the drink was already made so I said” can you just pour it into another cup all together with the whip cream I don’t mind I would love extra caramel drizzle” and she was very nice and said yes and told the other worker. I get to the window to get my frappe and this worker (with a cap and short hair) didn’t even had a name tag! was super rude you could tell this person didn’t want to work and didn’t want to provide customer service, I don’t know how this kind of person is this rude to customers like not willing to do anything. The worker gives me my frappe and I said “I just ordered it with extra caramel drizzle “ and the worker says “no you didn’t customize it” and I said “yes I did you can ask the girl in the other window when I paid” and the wrkr said “No it’s not on the receipt you didn’t pay for it you have to pay for it”and I said “no problem and gave my card” the wrkr just looks at the card and says “well I can not charge you the drizzle by it self” and I said “can you talk to the other girl because I did tell her about it and she said that it will be done” this person just kept giving me excuses all for some drizzle like really? Read moreHorrible service went this morning. Ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches. They took 40 minutes for my order to be taken out to me in dine in. This is unacceptable, explained to the manager in charge. I been waiting for 40 minutes for my order. She gave me an attitude said she said has other people with more orders than me. So technically I’m not a priority. I don’t understand how is it my problem. I been waiting for 40 minutes. I wasn’t offered nothing for the inconvenience or an apology for the delay. On top of the 40 minutes she made me wait another 5 minutes. Other orders before me were handed sooner than mine. It’s not like ordered 20 sandwiches. When I arrived I saw they were in a middle of a rush, after ordering they told me to park in between some cars which is weird since they always tell me to go to a curbside. My order was not given to me after half an hour so I decided to kindly as the cashier if my order was ready, by the way the cashier was amazing and understanding so props to her, my problem was with the staff in the windows who instead of having my order ready they told me to wait in a curbside, I told them that I wont be waiting more time, I decided to keep my cool since I had previously worked in the fast food industry, after my food was given, they didn’t apologized for making me wait 30 minutes for the food, they simply just shoved my food. not even a “have a good day” simply nothing. i will eventually come back to this mcdonalds but definitely not...
