B.C. Pizza of Roscommon — Restaurant in Higgins Township

Small towns tend to build up or destroy a business based on their opinions alone. I havent been home in years, so when i came home this week I thought I'd give y'all another shot, there are nothing but teenagers working. Not one of them seems to care about their job or be great at it. That's not a slam on the staff either, that's how having a job in your teens is. Here is my exact experience this time- 7pm- called "bc pizza we are done delivering for the night, will this be for pickup?" Placed my order (2 pizzas and 2 sticks- nothing modified about the menu items) Kid says it will be an hour I know they're probably gonna be a little longer 8:30 stop #1 -waited on someone for 10min along with 3 other people in lobby Kid comes out, finds my order I hear his conversation when he asks a kid in back about my food, kid in back says they haven't started my sticks - I tell the kid ill come back 9:05 stop#2-exact same come in wait with same 3 people kid comes out and says breadsticks are done, and they are putting my pizza in now. I tell him I'll come back (again) 9:23 stop #3 kid says my foods almost done so I wait about 15 min in the restaurant and get my food None of this is to mention the kid who came in apparently it was his day off, to make himself a pizza to take home- walks in and goes right to digging in the food in the back, no gloves. Telling a story about his child's birth with vivid detail about the things he saw from his girlfriends body that day. funny tidbit he's telling his story to the whole staff, who are loving it, and he tells them- nothing makes your relationship problems go away like having a kid together I'm telling you guys. To which another guy says- yeah didn't you guys break up? And he says "yeah lots of times, she cheated on me lots too, but we've got the baby now so that's all over with"

Moral of the story- if you liked Dawson's creek, you'll enjoy this place. If you like pizza, or hot food, not so much. I don't have hate for this place but dang man....if you guys can't figure it out as long as you've been around then, closing your doors...

My husband and I frequent BC Pizza in Roscommon. Last night we placed our order for a Keto Bowl and a Gluten-Free Grinder (I have Celiac Disease and have a severe allergy to gluten). Well I got severely glutened last night and am still feeling the effects of being glutened today. My husband thought he was going to have to take me to the ER.

I am writing this to ask you to please instill in your employees how important it is to make sure people who request gluten free food get gluten free food. When I placed my order I made sure I told them it was a gluten allergy (twice). I spoke with the manager today and he apologized and told me the staff has been instructed in how to handle gluten free food when requested. He also offered to comp me a grinder, which was nice of him. I am writing because they may know how to handle gluten-free food, but it seems like they aren’t paying attention to the ticket when it specifies gluten free. I’m guessing the staff may be young and not realize how crucial it is for someone with Celiac Disease not to eat any food that is not gluten free whether it be from cross contamination or just not paying attention. Those of us with this disease are putting our health in someone else’s hands when we eat out, and we need to be certain we’re not going to suffer when having a splurge take out dinner. Horrible service by teenage girls and manager! I called ordered a carry out of cinnamon dessert item and a chicken pasta large. Went pick it up my boyfrirnd paid for it and came out to the car. I realized they gave him a chicken pizza. I went back inside and told them the order was wrong. The large pasta was 6.99 the pizza they gave me was 18.99!! I asked them for a refund so i can re order the pasta they made me pay for the 18.99 pizza after taking it back. They refused to give me my money back. I was there telling the manager what happened and she bkew me off. Then i could hear her in the back talking bad to the other employees about me and lying to the owner on the phone about what happened. Because of that the owner has banned me from ordering from there. Ive ordered from there for many years never had issues but when i did they treated me horribly. I just wanted a nice dinner for my kids and i and they wanted to rob me and treated me like trash. So all in all horrible employees. Good pizza but bad...
