Shady Refunds when they screw up twice... BF ordered a burger and the lady gave him some other burger with something on it he did not order, when he tasted it he told the lady that they made the wrong burger and she said she needs the burger back and takes the burger with over half my BF's large order of onion rings on the lid of the burger container. That is when he told her to just refund and put it back on the card. She refunded $5.79 plus tax for a burger that we paid $6.99 plus tax, well he caught that right away and confronted her about the difference in cost and refund so after some math she said "I owe you a $1.20 my bf said what about the tax on that $1.20? she then tries to confuse my boyfriend by saying the tax was already refunded on the receipt for $5.79 which was 43 cents. my bf told her "tax on $6.99 is more than 43 cents". This was more than a mistake there was no item on our original receipt for $5.79. (1st) she took his order wrong like she did not even hear him and he caught it and corrected her (2nd) but the she got it wrong anyways again (3rd) she takes almost all his large order of onion rings that was paid for, no refund for that (4th) refunded less money than owed, based off a amount not on our receipt

A week before this the guy with the satan star emblems left my bf's food sitting on the counter for a few minutes and when I asked for it he said he would bring it out when it is ready, my bf told satan star guy that it has been sitting there for minutes, of course the food was cool by this time. I took my kids here for a treat tonight and we ordered what we usually do except my daughter got a mini blizzard instead of her usual sundae. My son got his hot fudge sundae and I got my brownie oreo cupfection. When the lady brought it to the table I noticed mine look darker then usual but I decided to go ahead and eat it. After the first bite I noticed why it was so dark... they filled it with so much chocolate sauce that it was nasty not to mention the oreos tasted like they were left uncovered in a fridge to the point they were soft. I took it up to the counter and explained to the women that idk what they did but it was nasty and asked if I could switch to a peanut buster parfait instead and she told me the ingredients of the cupfection which I didn't ask for cause I know what's in it. I told her this and that I get it all the time but this time it didn't taste right. Now keep in mind I'm not asking for my money back but to switch to a different dessert.. the dessert I was asking to switch to was in fact cheaper and I wasn't asking for the difference either. She proceeded to tell me that she could remake it or charge me for the peanut buster parfait. I set the dessert on the counter and said you can have it I grabbed my kids and left. I was not mean about it and don't think I was asking to much. Why would I want you to remake something that is going to continue to have the same taste as the first batch you used. So while I was sitting at the Dairy Queen speaker to place my order I sat there for about 10 minutes with no response. The lady behind me even pulled out and drove away because of how long it took for someone to say anything through the speaker. So eventually being fed up with not getting a response I drove to the window, when I drove to the window the girl open the window and looked at me didn’t say anything and just gave me a confused look. I then said nobody answered when I was at the speaker and she clicked her headset and said my speakers on so you must not have been close enough to the speaker. She said this with a horrible attitude. And I know that wasn’t true because I actually yelled out the window in the speaker and when that didn’t work I honked my horn so for her to say that her speaker was working and I wasn’t close enough was just untrue.
