We only live down the road and had gotten subway coupons in mail, just so you know this location told me yesterday it takes absolutely NO coupons. They made me feel weird for even asking there was a man there an lady there yesterday and they both made me feel unwelcome. They also didn't listen properly when I ordered my food and when it came out they had made a mistake by making 2 foot long diapers when I asked for one again they made and looked at me funny like it was my fault. This location has absolutely no costumer service and is all about just getting you out their doors. It's sad we only have one subway for a bit of distance now we and our other family members will no longer be going to this location. To make someone feel bad for using coupons is messed up they have no idea how that made me feel and they didn't seem to care really. Got charged over 30 dollars for 2 footlongs, one cold cut and one B.M.T toasted, 2 bags of chips and a footlong dipper, so before you go here make sure you are ok with paying Penn station prices for subways "quality" sandwiches. Save your money and health jus go to pen station they also have cold sandwiches and they don't make you feel like crap for coupons. Not everyone can afford 30 bucks for 2 sandwiches, we didn't even get drinks guys just idk š this location had me speechless now I just want the community to know they're sending out stuff but not accepting it....

We stood in front of the counter two feet away from the man and woman behind the counter each making a sandwich and talking and laughing and they did not look at us or greet us or acknowledge that we were there. We stood there for a minute and they said nothing, did not look at us at all and we told each other loudly if they're not even going to acknowledge that we're here let's go. So we turned around and walked away. Before we exited the subway we paused at the door and looked behind us at the employees who were still talking and laughing and making their sandwiches and we just waited a moment to see if they would say anything like oh we're sorry or come back or something like that. But we still weren't acknowledged. I looked at my arms and then I looked at my wife and I said, I am in here okay? And she touched me and she said I think you're real, I think you're here. We looked back at the sandwich makers who still haven't even looked at us even though we were literally 24 inches from them and talking loudly. Excuse me I said to them. No response. So if you have 2 sandwiches that are 15.00 with the customizations you want, the discount is only going to be for the standard lowest price before you change anything. For example, $8.99 for a BLT or $10.89 for The Garlic Chicken. It is completely ridiculous. Then i used a gift card for part of my purchase and it left a balance due so i used my bank card to pay the rest and it charged all of these purchase to my card. It took 45 mins to figure all of their discount tricks out only to have it charge my bank card for the entire amount after I clicked the apply gift card. The whole experience was awful.
