This morning, I had the chance to visit Twin Pikes Coffee with my wife under some unfortunate circumstancesāshe had just been in a car accident and was understandably shaken. Wanting to lift her spirits, I brought her to a coffee shop sheās been wanting to try for a while.
We didnāt realize at first that Twin Pikes is a drive-thru only, and we tried to walk in. Thatās when Matt kindly greeted us and, instead of turning us away, graciously invited us inside. He was incredibly warm and caring, and his hospitality made a real difference in our day.
Matt not only crafted some delicious coffees and a pastry that brightened my wife's mood, but also took the time to share all the great things they make in-house. His passion for what they do was obvious, and it added a personal touch to the whole experience.
Weāre so grateful for the kindness and comfort we received. Thank you, Twin Pikes Coffee, and especially Matt, for turning a tough morning into a meaningful and memorable one. We canāt wait to become regulars and share this gem...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOn the plus side, the staff and service are great. So is the Danish Cinnamon Roll. It was loaded with cinnamon and tasted homemade. I may go back to try a fresh one right after they open at 7 am. They are in the process of expanding their menu offerings.
Daily hours are 7 am to 4 pm, 6 days a week. They are closed on Sundays.
The cappuccino was good but it wasn't made right. It was closer to a latte which is typical of most coffee places who are not familiar on how to make an extra dry cappuccino. FYI--it's foam, no milk poured in the expresso. That's the only thing that kept this from being a 5-star review.
(To be fair, there are many baristas who do not know how to make this drink; and it's not a common request.)
There is no indoor seating at the High Ridge location. There are plans to expand the outdoor seating area.
Look forward to trying the quiche and some other drink items I saw including the cold brew nitro, the specialty teas, and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreJust tried this place for the first time after finding out my neighbor is one of the owners. So impressed and will definitely be back! I had a honey lavender latte that was perfect, my daughter had a pumpkin spice Frappuccino that she loved, the sausage egg breakfast croissant was delicious, and even though I wasnāt sure about a pumpkin-flavored bagel with cream cheese, and it ended up being amazing also. We also got a plain croissant that was awesome, and we even had another bagel with cream cheese and it was all a little over $20. Great prices, great coffee, great food, and everyone is so friendly and welcoming there....
