Taco Bell — Restaurant in High Ridge Township

Jennifer left a review on here about a month ago. It was the same exact experience for me I was doordashing and the two girls working tonight laughed and ran and hid. I got there at 1:46am to pick up someone's order.. Then after childishly hiding, which I promise I watched them both laugh and run, came back out after 2 am when they actually were officially closed and finally after talking about me to each other, which I could hear what was said, one of the girls officially acknowledged me for the first time sine I arrived with "were going to call the cops if you dont leave." All I needed was for them to write they closed early tonight and hold it in the window for me to take a picture for doordash my app wouldnt let me say the store was closed since according to everything else I had already reported i arrived so in order for me to move on i just needed them to write a simple sign,, Instead they just ignored me. I have taken doordash orders at this location in the past and by the time I arrived they were closed due to short staff and you know covid stuff.. BUT those workers told me they were closed the moment I pulled up to the drive thru and already had a sorry for the inconvenience note already up. I just don't get what game the two girls tonight were playing, it wasn't fun..At 1:50-1:58ish am they opened the door for there boyfriend to leave the building and then ran again... I just needed a closed early sign and they just acted childish with their job that pays them to work. They have a job and all jobs no matter how small or big are important. I really hope something like this doesn't happen to me again. I have never felt so belittled by two kids mocking and making a joke out of me when I was only there to work as well. I wasn't there for myself I was there to finish my 14th hour...

Came through drive-thru at about 6:30pm. Had two cars in front of me and my husband. We ordered 3 soft taco supreme with no lettuce and tomatoes and 2 chicken empandas. We get to window to pay and when we pull away I checked my food because they usually mess up my order or forget something. This time was the same thing. All my food was there but the taco had lettuce and tomatoes. So I went in and walked to counter. All the front employees saw me standing there with the bag and my receipt and not one came to ask how they could help. I wait a few minutes then addressed the lady at the drive-thru window. She tells me to hold on. So when she finally comes to speak with me I tell her what was wrong and she said well you can keep or throw away those and she would make me new ones. I told her when I was telling her what was the matter with my order that this happens alot and she literally just tells me she is going to have them remade and goes to the guy making the tacos and returns back to the drive thru window. I'm sorry but if this is an issue then if she wasn't the manager she should have gotten one. Then when I get home my husband finds the note that was in the bag with the messed up tacos that she never even opened when I brought in store. It just amazes me they already assume they have messed up and this is how they...

Came in and Ms Jaida got my order. I ordered the new 10 pc nugget with a small upgraded to a large seasoned fries. With a crunch wrap supreme. And a dirty baja blast dream (a baja blast with vanilla creamer) got my order and noticed that my fry was a small and the fries tasted like they been sitting in the sunlight to long..... I went back to the nice lady and asked her if that was their large? She said "oh no that is not a large I am so sorry" and I told her bout the fries and asked her if I could get a fresh drop of fries and she politely nodded and said I sure could! This lady needs recognition for going above and beyond to make sure I left a a satisfied customer as well with a full tummy. Lol a full tummy is a happy tummy. Great job ma'am Oh and a side note. Not a fan of the nuggets. 6/10.

BUT LET ME TELL YOU BOUT THE FRIES!!! When they are fresh and hot!!!! Let's just say no better of a song could of played over head as I took my first bite! Pocket full of sunshine As I took that bite I heard " TAAAAKE ME AWAAAAAAAY! A SECRET PLAAAAAACE! A SWEEEET ESCAAAAAPE!
