Pizza Hut — Restaurant in High Ridge Township

Disappointed... Ordered a stuffed crust pizza here a few weekends ago and it was without a doubt the worst stuffed crust pizza I've ever had from a pizza hut. I work in Maplewood Mo and order pizza hut frequently and I have to say their stuffed crust pizza (along with everything else there) is always FANTASTIC. High ridge however... wow I was disappointed. Not sure what is going on here. I feel like they have always had an issue with skimping on the cheese which is why I usually always order extra cheese from this location just to get what should be the normal amount, but the one I most recently got from them was just ridiculous. Standard order pepperoni stuffed crust, no modifiers (extra cheese) this time but the pizza I received was nearly barren of cheese. Not exaggerating this whatsoever. I really wish I would have taken pictures. Upon opening the box mostly all you saw was red, as in no bubbly cheese but rather a vast expanse of measly pepperoni sitting atop dried out sauce. The only real noticeable cheese on the pizza had come from the stuffed part which had exploded out of the crease and onto each piece about a 1/2 inch from the rim. Now to give them the benefit of the doubt its possible that the small amount of cheese that was on the pizza migrated to the edges because this pie was littered with large un popped (and burnt) dough bubbles. I know from experience when the pizza bubbles up, the toppings slide off and you end up with little dried sauce stained globes of dough, but this was literally the surface of the entre pizza. Assuming this was un-intentional, is there no QC at this place? The guy or girl cutting the pizza would have clearly seen this disaster, but sent it anyway? I just don't understand. Since I do have cravings for pizza more often than I would like to admit, I'm sure I will give high ridge another shot at some point and will update this review...

My friend ordered us dinner on a stormy Friday night and left a good sized tip for delivery. He uses the app all the time and it is ALWAYS set to delivery. He placed the order and then found out it was set to carry out. We called to get it delivered instead and the guy said yeah we can do that. Keep in mind we order from this Pizza Hut all the time. They are 4 miles away from our house. They have delivered to us a lot. We never had any problems with them. Always leave a great tip. Never mad about how long it takes. But we got a call back and the guy said we are out of range. We said okay but you said it will get delivered. But then he says we are out of range and they can deliver to parts of Sue Lynn which is literally like 2 houses away from us. We aren’t on a busy road. We have enough space in the driveway to safely have them park and deliver. We left a great tip to have them say that we need to come get our food in the pouring rain. Can’t get the delivery that we paid for. Then they said they would bring out our food when we get there. Great. Thank you. Nope. We parked and they saw we were out front. They knew what vehicle we were driving. We waited about 7 minutes thinking they were going to bring it out. We walked out of the car to get it. Didn’t get a smile, a sorry, a refund, a coupon or nothing! I am very disappointed with this Pizza Hut as is my friend. I think they need to send out a notification in the app if the delivery zones change because there was no reason they shouldn’t be able to deliver. Especially if it’s one time and then we’ll order from the other Pizza Hut. I am furious and will never be ordering food from this...

We hadn't been to Pizza Hut in years, so we decided to give them a chance. They are 0 for 2! Both times I ordered the small box meal with half and half pizza. Both times I got the pizza with only one topping. I let it go the first time, but not the second time. The problem is with the app, but I felt like I was being accused of lying. I finally got the manager to remake the pizza. I asked her if I should bring the box back, and she said no. They only remade the pizza and left me to go home to ice cold cheese breadsticks. Inedible! Also, both times while waiting in their lobby the smell was disgusting. It was not a smell that should be in a restaurant. Pizza Hut sent me an email asking for my opinion, and I told them all this.
