Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Highland Charter Township

Ordered pizza sent to the other side of town called when I finally got my food which was cold, they said they would remake it,but sorry I'm not going to wait til 1am to eat dinner!!!! Told I could get full order for free next time we order, did that said we could do it and then called and said sorry but we can't give all you that for free you have to pay.Called corporate, they were disappointed in the store and was told the owner of this location was going to call me in 24 to 48 hours still waiting on a call two weeks later. NEVER ordering from them again or any location from now on. Thanks for your mess up and making us still pay for bad product. Guess they don't need my weekly order of $30...

Hi. This is my go too hungry howies. Usually no complaints... But todays pickup was super greasy and floppy! Like dripping and pooling in the box! Not the best today guys :( Yikes! Im not sure if you guys just didnt make the dough thick enough or if you accidently just like poured melted butter all over the pizza lol... Just wanted to mention.... hopefully fix it for next time? Less greasy please. Other than that, y'all usually do a good job. Definitely prefer a higher bread ratio to the cheese and dough so its not floppy, usually hungry howies and jets are like the only places...

Order online and was provided a 40 minute estimate. At 45 minutes they called to tell me it would be another 30 minutes. No apology. (Just so you know this is 4:45 on a Thursday) Then when I balked at the wait the person asked me “what do you want me to do about it”. I asked him to cancel and was put on hold for some time after asking him to refund my credit card. Clearly these people do not value customers. I’ll be going to one of the other 5 pizza places within a stones throw...
