I would like to give this location 0 stars. My family was so excited to enjoy our first donatos experience as it is new to our town, and my in store experience about my online order was below sub-par. Firstly the free add ons that I selected from the specials tab did not get added to my order so it was not ready at time of pick up. Secondly, at the time of pick up I asked where these items were and the 16 year old mgr told me she wasn't there when I placed the online order so she doesn't know what I did wrong instead of trying to help complete my order. Lastly when I asked how to get these said items for the next time I order she just looked at me and turned her back like she was done with the conversation. I did not receive a receipt but I did get the ticket for my order which clearly states in bold NEW CUSTOMER so why would the 16 year old mgr. talk to me like that or make my experience one that would never make me want to order from this...
Read moreAlthough was placed thru uber eats, so I wasn’t able to modify my order thru app. I immediately called store to tell them my modifications. First call, I spoke to a store associate whom I told my issue she then said she was going to reroute me to front to have them modify my order. Rang twice they picked up but then hung up. And upon calling back was continuously ignored. First time customer whom won’t be back. Being that I am from out of state and had never heard of them, had such high hopes for this establishment, people matter, service matter, when we don’t receive quality service it puts a distaste in ur mouth making the food not appealing in the least. Word of advice, slow down and just pay attention to ur customers, they r the ones paying ur salary when u think about it, we dont come back, eventually jobs are lost. One does affect the other. Read moreDonatos has been our go to for years. However, their service using Doordash is ridiculous. I ordered delivery, got a text saying it would be delivered at a specific time. When it didn't show, I followed the link in the text to check the status... where it said the order was canceled! The text came from Doordash. I called the store who said Doordash canceled it per customer request. I had no knowledge of any of this, and had I not followed that link, I wouldn't even know it was canceled. The clerk at the store was unapologetic and defensive. I just wanted to fix it and order again, but he told me to go elsewhere and hung up.
