Five Guys — Restaurant in Highland Heights

We have been looking forward to this one opening as it's so much closer than the Florence location, and the Levee is beyond inconvenient. Sadly it was quite disappointing. We ordered 2 little bacon cheeseburgers, fries, and drinks. The one drink machine is spitting out lil brown dots, where I guess the carbonated water isn't mixing correctly. Then we get home and no bacon on either burger. Mind you there was 10 people behind the counter, 5 watching the 5 being trained I'm assuming. If 10 people get 2 sandwiches in a row wrong, might be time to get some new trainers. I ordered ahead, and when I went to pick up I confirmed with the servers if all of my items were in the bag or not. They confidently confirmed all of the items were there, and even looked annoyed that I bothered to ask. There's no good way to check after they dump a bunch of fries on top of everything and seal the bag shut, so I trusted her. After a 15 minute drive home, I find an item is missing. I call back, let them know what happened and come back in to pick up the item, and they were apologetic and very nice about it. But when I come home yet again to deliver my wife's burger to her, the burger was still made wrong, completely missing several ingredients. Very...

If you leave here hungry, you're doing it wrong! The atmosphere is fun with its red and white color scheme. The restaurant was clean. They have tall and short tables. The staff is friendly. Our wait time was very short. There were peanuts to snack on, but we didn't wait long enough to need them. Our burgers, with their huge number of topping choices, were absolutely yummy! They're huge, too. I love that I can get grilled onions and mushrooms. No extra charge! We opted to share a large order of the fresh cut fries. There are so many and they taste so good!
