Ordered General Tsos with pork fried rice, egg rolls and chicken chow mein. Everything I ordered was delicious except for the Chow Mein. I expected that to be a noodle dish like at Panda express (sometimes known as lo mein) but it was a stewy stir fry of veggies and maybe I came on an off day but that one dish was flavorless and visually unappealing. Will try more things here when the craving arises. Give em a try! Update: I ordered Lo mein this time and it was exactly what I wanted. Thanks for the consistently tasty food!

My favorite Chinese take out spot in all of Highland Park (and it’s conveniently located a walk away for me)! The General Tso's chicken dinner is my go-to menu item (it even comes with a roll). The chicken Pad Thai is pretty solid too.

My husband and I really like the food here. This is our go-to Chinese restaurant in the HP area. The food is always fresh, priced appropriately, and made for the order. You can get it spicier if you ask, and the meat and veggie quality is always good. The food is always busting out of the containers because they give so much. I really also like supporting the family that owns/works there. Some items that are my favorites are: crab rangoons, Mongolian Chicken, Shrimp with Garlic Sauce (classic), Salt and Pepper Shrimp, Walnut Shrimp, Mongolian Beef, all their fried rices, and more! I think that all the bad reviews are from when they were under different management. It's been under new management all of this year and the new owners are...

Their vegetable subgum and chicken chop suey are excellent. Rich fragrant sauce, fresh veggies, and sumptuous bites of chicken. I really like their pot stickers, BBQ beef, and house fried rices. They make really good smoothies, too. They're quick, and inexpensive - a good place to get a quick healthy (if you know what to pick) bite to eat. They have a tiny dining area, but are mostly geared towards carry out. The lot can get pretty crowded during prime times, but there's more parking just past the Starbuck's drive-thru exit. Order ahead, or from their website. They have delivery through Grub-hub, it seems (though I...
