Wendy's — Restaurant in Highland Park

Bought some food for a team of 13 and asked to separate the orders in each bags (which they did) but they didn't, at least,mark the bags or separate them for what that specific order is. Yes, I tried to separate them but it's hard when all the wrappers says "hamburger" on it. I asked one person (probably a supervisor or a manager) to help separate them and she said "it's easy" with an attitude. So I asked again to separate them for me since they were all wrapped in hamburger wrapper (except for the crispy chicken)

The fact that she had an attitude when I asked to help me sort them out (which I really feel that they should've from the beginning) got me upset a little. I'm the customer - If you don't want to make a visit pleasant enough for customers, then I'll spend my money...

Wendy's - Exceptional Service and Fresh, Hot Food.

Today, I had an excellent experience at Wendy's. The staff and management on duty were extremely friendly, making sure to go above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect. Their attentiveness and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out.

The food was another highlight of my visit. Everything was piping hot and cooked fresh, which greatly enhanced the overall dining experience. It's clear that this location takes pride in the quality of its food and service.

Overall, my visit to Wendy's was fantastic. The combination of friendly service and high-quality, fresh food makes this location a standout. I will definitely be returning again and highly recommend this...

I purchased Two Pretzel Bacon Pub Burgers via drive thru one hour apart (I couldn't wait for my wife to eat) Both times the order was in my hand in under 2mins. The cheese was not melted and the burger wasn't all that hot. I was under the impression that they cooked their premium burgers fresh to order and I don't think that was the case either time as my wife's was identically not hot or melted.

The workers were friendly and fast, I always ask for a side of The Honey Mustard from the Line (the sauce on the Pub Burger) And this Wendy's listened the first time with both my orders. Which is my biggest issue with my order from all Wendy's.

Overall fast and friendly service but the actual food was Sub Par for what I expect...
