From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and inviting the place was. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, music is very traditional, but not too loud, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a great meal.

The service at Fuego Cravings is truly spectacular. Our waitress, Paulina, was incredibly attentive and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our visit. She frequently checked on us to ensure everything was to our satisfaction, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable.

I want to be nice, but I have to be honest.

First off, vibe off this place is like a dingy sports bar. Its a Mexican food place, and they are showing sports on TV and playing idk... 80s pop music on the speakers. Can we attempt to be even a little bit like a Mexican food place?

They have restaurant seating but no servers! They sat us, but didnt serve us. Isnt that just odd? We were waiting 15 mins for a server only to find out they dont serve. Two ladies are standing behind the counter on their phones when they could be serving. And they have the nerve to ask for a tip when you pay at the register. Also the area that has the ONE register that you order from is a such a cramped space. If there are more than two people in line you have stand outside I guess.

Spanish rice should be soft and fluffy, and any half decent Mexican food place has it right. The rice was soggy, like the way I make it at home (not good). The beans were bland. No chips and salsa. They have SEASONED fries. Seasoned fries do not pair well with Mexican food. Bad decision. They were a little burned too. I had a torta, and the meat was just a wet mess. The food looks good especially in the pictures (thats why I came) but the taste is not there.

To management: please start serving guests, you have enough people, have paper menus, get a proper chef, and improve...
