Phở T&T Vietnamese Restaurant — Restaurant in Highland

Well I thought long and hard about writing this review since we've been coming here for years ... needless to say after our last experience I decided it was best to warn others about this establishment . Let's start with the good .... so the food is definitely above average I would say a good 8 at best :) the ladies are pretty friendly and over good customer service . We have always got our food freshly made and within a timely matter.... Now the bad over the years however the food quality has declined last experience we ordered a vegetable stir fry with chicken shrimp and pork ( house special) 12.99 and a side of spring rolls that was my order . My daughter got a similar plate 12.99 maybe $13.99 with side of spring rolls $8.50 on the menu And we had water with our dinner . ( my dish was mostly noodles and bean sprouts with a few shrimp and some chicken:/ So the total comes out to $56 🤔 It was closing time so I paid with a $60 and still left the change and a cash tip on the table . As I drove away and realized I was scammed and cheated from my $ I went back and the two Asian ladies spoke in their language like yelling back at each other ... she apologized and then spoke English and gave me back $12 . Like many others in the reviews this place doesn't use an actual computer to input your order they write it down on a note pad and ALWAYS overcharge you !! I wish I had noticed before however before it was probably a few dollars now this last visit was $12 !? I don't like dishonest people and will not be returning . So point being I guess the bad outweighs the good !! I'll be looking for other local pho places with good...

I don't like leaving bad reviews unless it's warranted and unfortunately this is one of those times. I ordered the grilled Salmon ($9.99) and a Taro smoothie ($4.50) and made note of the prices as I usually do. There is a hand-written note that all menu prices are $1 higher due to the rising cost of food. I'm perfectly fine with this as the explanation is understandable. The meal was delicious as many here have stated.

After I finished I had to wait over 30 long minutes for the waitress to bring my check. The waitress wasn't busy at all there were only me and one other couple in the restaurant at the time (5pm). It wasn't until I gathered my belongings that she rushed over with my check and the tip tray. I was surprised to see the charge for the salmon ($12.99!) plus the smoothie ($4.50).

Now I'm not one to quibble over a few dollars but I felt as if I was being robbed. I tried to explain the mistake to the waitress (maybe owner?) but all she could say was that the cost of food is higher. Reluctantly I ended up paying the bill and left. The food is wonderful and tasty although the transaction at the end left me with a sour taste in my mouth. I won't be...

Pho T & T is pretty decent. It's located in a small shopping center with about 10 other businesses.

The place was empty as we came early. This was our 1st time coming. There were two ladies working. The younger of the two waited on us. They were friendly and welcoming!

So we decided to give them a shot. We ordered 2 large combo phos #14's & a beef banh mi. All was reasonably priced, and they gave a generous amount as well.

I did read that some people say they got overcharged. So I made sure to pay attention, and she charged me exactly 💯 what we ordered. So I left her a nice tip!

The food was good, fresh, and tasty. Especially on a cold rainy day.

We will definitely be back! We love supporting mom and pop places, or else they get closed down by bigger businesses or corporations.
