Food was good. However there are some things they can work on. Our waiter did not greet us with a smile and was not attentive. I asked if my burrito comes with sour cream. He said yes but I never got sour cream and I had to ask for some and I was charged for a side of sour cream. I asked if my burrito comes with avocado he said no it comes with guacamole so I said can you also add avocado to that? I never got guacamole, and I had very little avocado in my burrito. I was disappointed. I wanted rice and beans on the side instead of fries like the picture showed. He told me it comes in the burrito and I said OK good I want rice and beans on the side as well. Well, I never got rice and beans in my burrito. I only got it on the side. So I was disappointed because my burrito would’ve been so JUICY! Had he just been more attentive on what I wanted. I really am not hard to please. We got there at 8:30pm and they close at 9 PM, but our waiter made us feel like how Dare we come 30 minutes before closing. This place is out-of-the-way and gave me more disappointments than satisfaction. We will not be back. I do have to say the lady that was there was always smiling and cleaning and was very nice. I REALLY wanted to love this place. I've ordered from it 3 times now to keep giving it chances and it was so disappointing every time. Their to-go chip portions are half of the mini paper bags and a small plastic dressing cup of salsa. The bag might contain 6 chips and if you want any extra its almost $3 for that. The food is also subpar compared to their other restaurants. Just completely different quality. I had a chicken stromboli and the chicken tasted old and it was very dried out and chewy. I had a pizza the first time and it was still cold in the center when I got it. Another time cheese dip was ordered and paid for but got home to find out it was missing from the order. I'm not counting this place out quite yet but I really hope they do listen to the complaints and actually try to improve on them. Please look at your to-go chips and salsa portions, that needs some major improvement. As well as maybe having a knowledgeable food quality inspector for the meals until everyone is properly trained. The prices that are being paid for this food does not meet the quality. I don't mind paying higher prices but it should be for good quality...

I'm very disappointed in my experience with this restaurant. This was our first time ordering takeout from this restaurant. Once I got home, a took my first bite of my quesadilla, and it was full of chicken...I had ordered steak. I also requested to add zucchini to my quesadilla, yet it didn't have any. Furious, I called the restaurant and explained their mistake, and asked then to make it the correct way, and the man actually hesitated before agreeing! But, wait, here's the kicker: they actually asked me to bring the incorrect order back to them uneaten! Once again, I explained to him that I had taken one bite, which was how I discovered that they had made my order incorrectly! Nonetheless, I agreed to bring it back (I certainly want going to eat it!) Once I finally had the correct order, I was still very disappointed. The entire bottom of my quesadilla was SOGGY!!!
