Bojangles — Restaurant in Hildebran

Update 03/04/25: two years later and they're still a waste of money. Hard cold fries, chicken has clearly expired and been dropped in the oil again. Some employees are really rude. Hate this place. Two years wasn't enough time for them to get better or go out of business.

Update 03/05/23: it was dead when we came in, we were the only customers in the building. old leathery expired chicken sandwich, supremes with very small pieces, hard dry biscuit, soured/spoiled tea and no tea in the dining room, spent $25 for two meals and a half gallon of tea, only for them to tell me I had to go at the back of the long line to get a damn honey mustard. The long line happened while I was waiting on them to get us tea from the back since they have the dining room urns turned away and empty, and it took them about 5 minutes to get the tea after they handed us the food. Also have bearded employees working without nets. It's too inconsistent, lesson learned, my family and friends won't be back. $25 for crappy food and rude service is unacceptable. Worked fast food for years and know how labor intensive it can be, but they have a full staff and there's no need to be ridiculous. Who tells a customer to go to the back of a line of other customers just to order one damn honey mustard after spending $25 on two people.

Update: After 3 terrible experiences they seem to be back to normal and everything was great this time.

----------The breading on the chicken is not cooked all the way and falls off the chicken, and doesn't taste good. The supremes pieces are tiny instead of full sized so I'm not getting my money's worth. This has happened the last 2 times and happened again today so I politely asked the cashier to make sure the chicken is cooked all the way since I also used to work fast food and know they are pulling the chicken out of the fryer before the timer goes off. She just shouted to the cooks to make sure the chicken is cooked....

This used to be THE BEST Bojangles but in the last month their food quality has completely diminished. This is the only good Bojangles around as every single one of them in Catawba county is garbage now with horrible service. After this experience I'm just done eating at Bojangles. So sick of paying for bad food and bad service.

Bojangles REALLY ???? Right at 11$for a 2 leg and thigh meal and a soda...why does my drumstick look like it came from a pegion ,or a Robin instead of a chicken ...did you slip up and give me a over done dry hard as a brick wall drumette from a hot wing???? This is barely the size of the spoon u gave me when I tore it open straight to the bone from the crust ...swear on everything it looks like some one ate the chicken rebreaded it and fried it again then stuck it in the box , I tried to salvage the meal by busting open the thigh and look what was inside ..I've never seen skin that looked like someone sneezed in it I would pay damn good money to watch the owner of that store eat that chicken,bet they wouldn't,cause I wouldn't..I didn't! Who would ?? I would fire my entire shift manager included or have a serious "final warning" couching session if any body who worked for me had served this mess to a customer ....I get prices have gone up ,quality has went down and good customer service has now become a old wives tale ,or something old men sit on the porch in rockers after Sunday dinner and tell tall tales to all the grandchildren about ...you know the ones that start with "back in my day " ?..any way I get it I fo but this is ridiculous..people deserve...

Two mornings I stopped there to buy breakfast on my way to work. I asked for a cajun fillet with mayonnaise on a bun, both times it was on a biscuit. If I wanted a biscuit, I would have asked for a biscuit. Pay attention people. Update as of 2/25/25...... stopped in there this morning at 5 am, the time that they open. Pulled up to the place to order and sat there waiting for over a minute. Finally someone asked me what can they do for me and I placed my order. Sat there another minute or so and no one said the price or anything. I said...."hello" and got no reply. I pulled around to the drive thru window and sat there another few minutes. I could see a couple of the workers look at me from the corner of their eyes, but totally ignoring me. Finally a lady came to the window and asked what I needed and I told her that I already placed my order. She said... no you didn't and I told her that I did. She said I told you to give us a minute.
