I tried this place out at the Hillsboro station food cart pod since it's a little more rare to find Filipino food in Oregon. They serve some basic Filipino dishes as well as teriyaki. The pancit bihon was not the best I've ever had, but it certainly wasn't anywhere near the worst either, it had a decent flavor and comes with a big serving and reasonable price. I've had the teriyaki in the past and it is okay, easy and efficient but not anything that blows your mind. The service, however, is nice and fast. The woman running the cart seems kind.
