I ordered online and i had to call the restaurant to add a drink to my order. The girl that answered convinced me to go in person to pick up my order because according to her there were no drivers available and if door dash didn't pick it up i wouldn't get my food. She said she would cancel the online order. I arrived at restaurant and the cashier charged me for the pizza. I paid and I asked him to check if my online order was canceled and he assured me it was, even telling me " we've never had a problem with canceling any online orders." I confidently left thinking nothing of it. I received a call a few minutes later from door dash saying the driver was picking up my order. I explained what had happened and that i had picked up my pizza already and they said ok don't worry about it. The next day i had been charged both online and the in-person payment. I've tried to reach out to customer service but doubt anyone will return any calls or emails. Other than that the pizza was great like always. !!!UPDATE!!! Received email from manager and he fixed everything! Even gave me a 25 dollar credit for their location, which unfortunately i can't take advantage of because i live hours away. Read moreI'm still waiting on my refund from 11/15/2024 for $46.50. I normally wouldn't give such a review, but I've tried waiting as advised by the store, corporate tells you to go online and when you go online I always get an system error message. Then the cycle continues. On 11/15/24 ordered online at about 6:15pm. Came to pick up and it was delayed by a whole hour. I know things happened so I patently waited. Then I'm seeing there's just a few of us left and it's been over an hour and noone is working on orders. So I asked the manager what was going on. He looks and then eventually goes somewhere. Then he is just standing around. I said, "Did you lose my order?" It was obvious it wasn't being made. So then he just disappeared off the floor. Then a very nice associate told me she found my order and will make it now and will process a refund for me. I thanked her and said I could tell something was wrong. Some orders were duplicated somehow, and that's how some were missed. I was not out of that store until 8:20pm! The manager that night seemed to want to run away from the problem. I will continue to use that location because I know this is not an everyday occurrence. However, I'd like my refund...
Read moreYesterday evening we visited this location while driving from Austin to Dallas. We ordered one large pizza(light cheese) and a plain Bread stick over the counter ( person - Amalia ?). The cashier lady told our order will be ready by 15 minutes. We waited for 45 minutes, no attention or update to our order though we were the only family sitting in the store. In the mean time they dispatched multiple home-delivery orders. While approaching back to the cashier about our order - they further took 15 minutes and gave us a pizza which was just half cooked and was pilled with lakes of cheese on it. Though I had ordered light cheese pizza. Moreover, We were more surprised to learn that the pizza was not at all Hot. Seemed they had left it somewhere unattended for a long time and forgot.
We still tried to show our courtesy to eat but it was difficult to in stomack as pizza and bread-stick were hard to chew. Hence, we left the store after an hour spending inside this place with empty stomach. By the time we were starving, hence we visited other restaurant near by.
The cashier needs to be professionally expert to communicate the time and should keep track of orders.
