Just left this location with no food. I ordered online, not with the app, and proceeded to give them my name at the drive thru just like it said online. The lady couldn't find my order so we pull up to the window and they say they haven't received my order yet. So we park, I cancel my order and order again. We wait about 10 minutes before going through the drive thru again. We get the same answer and she tells us to check in. But when I ordered, it said to check in by giving them my name at the drive thru. We ask how to check in and she says she doesn't know. How are the employees not trained on mobile orders? She says I need to check in on the app, but why would I need the app if I was able to order without it? I even checked the FAQs online and it says ordering online and through the app are the same, you just have to give them your name when you go to pick up. Insisting that I need an app when I don't is not good customer service but instead a great excuse to transfer blame onto something else for their inadequate training. There wasn’t even 1/4 cup of beans in this wrap—I’d be surprised in there was 2 tablespoons of beans or hardly anything else on it either. It was the size that the tostada used to be 50 years ago—technically 1/2 the size of the featured item—it needs twice the beans, twice the lettuce & twice the tomatoes to even come close to the picture that looks soo tempting and delicious!!! Really?!?! 5 dollars and a handful of change is a ridulous price for something soo sparse!!!! My Restuarant—Zapopan gives me a large chalupa (tostada) with a large amount of all the trims for only 5.00!!! And it tastes good!!! Taco Bell has truly gone to hell in a hand basket compared to the great fast food restaurant that started more than 50 years ago. Read moreI had such a great experience at this Taco Bell, thanks to their incredibly kind and thoughtful staff. We stopped in with our baby, who at that moment was craving nothing but plain rice — not the usual order at Taco Bell. Without hesitation, the staff were happy to help and provided some rice just for her.
It might seem like a small gesture, but as a parent, it meant a lot. It showed that they genuinely care about their customers and are willing to go a little beyond the usual to make someone’s day better.
The restaurant itself was clean, the service was quick, and everyone we interacted with had a friendly attitude. That kind of kindness makes a big difference and turns a quick food stop into a memorable visit.
