⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Topgolf: Where Your Swing Is Questionable, But the Vibes Are Immaculate”

Let’s take it waaaaay back, folks—

It all started in good ol’ Watford, England in 2000 (yup, Topgolf is actually British-born, darling 🇬🇧) when two brothers—Steve and Dave Jolliffe—looked at traditional golf and basically said: “Why is this so… boring?”

They dreamed up a place where people could smash golf balls into the abyss 🎯, eat mouthwatering food 🍔🍕, sip drinks 🍹, and actually have fun without needing to wear plaid pants or pretend they know what “par” means. Thus, Topgolf was born: 👉 High-tech driving range. 👉 Microchipped balls (so your bad shots are scientifically proven). 👉 Game-based scoring so even Grandma can flex on you.

Fast forward to now, Topgolf has taken over America faster than a TikTok dance trend, with dozens of locations coast-to-coast: 🌴 Las Vegas 🌵 Scottsdale 🍑 Atlanta 🏙 Dallas 🌊 Miami …and so many more you could practically road trip the whole U.S. just visiting Topgolfs. (Honestly, would that be a bad thing? No. No, it would not.)

Now let’s talk the vibes because honey, Topgolf does not play when it comes to the customer experience:

✅ Customer Service: 10/10—these folks are friendlier than a Chick-fil-A drive-thru on Sunday (which, I guess, doesn’t exist, but you get the point). They genuinely care, check on you, and make sure your nachos-to-swing ratio stays optimal. ✅ Management: Stellar. Present. Helpful. And shockingly not hiding in an office like a mythical creature. ✅ Cleanliness: I mean… I’ve seen hospital waiting rooms with less sparkle ✨. The bays, the clubs, the tables—everything is spotless. ✅ Food: Surprisingly bomb. Not “golf snack bar” food—no, no. We’re talking actual tasty meals: wings, burgers, even brunch. Yeah, brunch. 🍳🥂 ✅ Family Friendly: Bring your weird uncle, your sister’s boyfriend, the in-laws, or the kids—it’s a good time for everyone (even if you swing like you’re swatting bees).

And let’s not forget the atmosphere—it’s half sports bar, half carnival, half golf… yes, I know that’s three halves, but Topgolf is just built different like that.

👉 Hot Tip: Even if you don’t know which end of the club to hold, you’re still welcome. This isn’t snobby country club life—this is Topgolf, baby, where your terrible form is...

Today was my first time coming to Top Golf and it was amazing! We only planned on staying an hour but we were having so much fun we decided to extend an extra hour! Great atmosphere with really good food! Our first server was super nice but the second one was alright. She's kinda the reason this review isn't 5 stars. My brother is a veteran and I had read they do veterans discount (10% off) so I asked at the front desk before going up to our bay if that was a thing they really do and she said yes let your server know at the end. So we go up and order a bunch of food and play for two hours and were like okay games over where the heck is our server? And we look down at our table and our check was laying there. She just came and dropped it off without saying anything. So we open it and of course no veterans discount so she finally comes back around and we mention that there was no discount added and we were going to mention it but we didn't see her come by and drop off the check. And she says "you should've said something there's nothing I can do now. But I mean it's not that great of a discount anyways you're not really saving much" and we were a little irritated cause she was pretty rude about it. So we go down to guest services and my brother explained to them what happened and said if they really can't do anything that it's not that huge of a deal. But the manager was soooo nice and refunded is the money we would've saved with discount and upgraded him to the veteran hero membership card. So awesome manager! Not so awesome server. But I highly recommend this place!...

If I could give less than 1 star I would. We went to the Top Golf in Hillsboro.

Natalie E was our server and we showed up 15 minutes early. We were not greeted until AN HOUR after we sat at our bay. We flagged down multiple people to try and place a drink and food order. We finally flagged down Natalie and she told us she could take down our food order and pass it off to our server. Because she was not our waitress she was unable to put it in the order. We understood and were grateful that our food was finally being put in. Natalie came back and told us that she WAS actually our waitress and was not aware that she was assigned to our bay. Again once we placed our food it took an ADDITIONAL 30 minutes to get two beers a lemon drop and a Dr pepper. We at one point asked for waters which we never got.. Normally we are very understanding but this whole food situation ruined our experience. To top it off we were coming with a friend that has never been to top golf and was so excited to experience it. It was there birthday and we brought a cake. We didn’t get any plates or silverware with our food so my husband went to find our waitress to ask for some plates and silverware since we had not been checked on. Natalie was hanging out at the bar talking to other coworkers. When my husband approached she rudely said “what do you need now?” Again we are normally very understanding as some of us come from the food industry. But this whole experience was very disappointing and I’m sad to say none of us...
