Which Wich — Restaurant in Hillsboro

We were heading to. Banks to watch baseball & stooped for a quick bite to bring with us. We aren’t from around the area but we had driven by it a few times on the way to Costco. Inside was super sleek & clean. No real welcoming but that was okay. No direction on how to order but that too was okay since clearly there was a wall devoted to it. Ordering was interesting but we got it figured out - using their website since their sandwich combinations were listed on the order form. We ordered Ultimate BLTS - original on wheat & one modified on white (I don’t like avocado & prefer cheddar over pepper jack), I picked up a bag of house chips (kettled salt & pepper), French Fries & dessert (birthday cake). One fountain drink up share…It ended being almost $40. Hoped in our car & drove to the baseball field - munching on the French fries & which wich sauce. The fries were crispy & crinkle style but not sure about the sauce - could definitely taste the mayonnaise…Sitting down in our lawn chairs, we got into our sandwiches. It was disappointing to say the lease & neither one of us finished even half of one. The kettle chips were over salted & the dessert cake was common for what ones expects when buying a dessert like that…With all the sandwich places out there, we wanted to give this one a shot but not sure we will again…Give it a try though… You might...

Updated review: Adding a fourth star as service speed has improved somewhat. Even over a year later, it is still not as fast as other Which Wich locations. Order ahead via app or web unless you have time to kill.

Standard Which Wich fare. If you have not been here, the sandwiches are very good. Far superior to Subway. The staff is also friendly, not a given at Which Wich franchises.

Unfortunately, I recommend giving this location a pass until they get a more experienced crew. With only two sandwich orders ahead of us, it took over a half hour to assemble three subs. The dinner rush began while we waited. I feel sorry for the folks in a barely moving line.

I'll try again in a month or two. Hopefully things...

I really wanted to like this place, their sandwiches look delicious. Unfortunately their ordering system is completely absurd, I knew what wanted but I had find the right piece of paper, then find other pieces of paper for the other parts of my order, there now 2 points of potential failure in order placement. Seriously just take my order from the words that come out of my mouth, it’s really easy and doesn’t require a whole bunch of wasted paper.. I asked him if he could just take my order and they said I have to write it down, it was one of the sandwiches they designed and could’ve been really simple.
