Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Hillsborough

Just ok pizza. In order to get any of their advertised deals you have to order online or with the app. I walked in to order, I got three pizzas and it was over $50. They would not honor the online specials.

To update my review, I received a response from the restaurant saying they always honor online deals. My husband and I went back to the restaurant wtonight with the receipt from my purchase plus the response from my recent post. Guess what? They were confused and still did not honor the online special of a $7.99 one topping pizza. After much discussion, they finally gave us a free pizza. That is very nice and I appreciated it. I do think it's odd however that they STILL could not honor the online special. And to be clear, when I originally ordered the pizza I asked the woman taking my order if I was going to get the $7.99 price and she said no, only if you use the app. Also, after reviewing my receipt, it was $67 for...

When they first opened for business, their delivery was spot on, like clockwork. The last 5 or 6 times I’ve ordered, it has been absolutely awful. I’m very easy to please (that’s why I have continued to patronize them) but the service is truly abominable. One time they just didn’t deliver my order at all because a road was closed and required a 2 minute detour. They didn’t even call me, just didn’t come and I had to get dressed and go pick my order up. Today, they delivered someone else’s order and when I called, the guy says “I’ll try to find out what happened to your order “ Really?!? Since Dominos has opened. We have been there probably at least a 1/2 a dozen times. Each time the team there is always friendly, always welcoming, always efficient. I hope the owner knows he has an excellent team there and takes care of his team. They are the key to any business owners success and will continue frequent there over other options just because the staff is so friendly when you come in. You are immediately greeted when you walk in. I have walked in and the front counter employee may be on the phone, and out of nowhere 1, 2 or a few at the same time.
