The conditions was the worst I ever seen. I went there for my girlfriend brithday and it was a mess old food piled up in th back room were they keep the liquor, sink behind bar full of dirty dishes and water nasty. They charged her 500 for food, and got a try of rice a small try of goat meat. They also served winglets of chicken that you know only cost 20.00. And then there was no plate to eat the cake with, that she was suppose to supply. So I found the kitchen and if you could have seen the condition of this kitchen dirty water in sick that looked like it had been there and smelled like it's been there for days, dirty dishes everywhere. Spoiled food in refrigerator that also smelled, what I saw no place like that should be open for business. I saw this with my own eyes. The condition of the kitchen alone was frighting. And the list goes on. We had a pregnant guest at the party and it wasn't until 11pm when she finally brought some of the food to us and we got there at 8:30 and it wasn't enough to feed everybody then it took her another hour to bring out the winglets. The party was for 30 pluse she brought out food for about 10 people . Then it was the room for the party a 20by10 and on top of that she had another party added in that same room and while are party was on the dance floor she moved there table so she could rope off this already tight space for a other party and charged my girl friend 200 for the DJ. She/They should be shut down. We tried to make the best of things. People like that should not be in business. There was a party going on next store, thing were so bad that we had to share a can/ beer opener and people were paying for drinks and had to use a key to open there beer and other things. This is all a true story. Close Hollywood Blue Ribbon DOWN or bring on new Owners and Management. The only reason I gave them a star at all is because I wasn't able to post unless I rated them. They didnt...

I was at Hollywood Blue Ribbon celebrating Scorpio season. I ordered over $50 worth of food before arriving — and the food was on point, especially that spring roll sauce — excellent flavor and presentation.
I ordered 11 shots for my 11/11 birthday and even tipped the bartender $11, but she only served 10 shots — so one was clearly pocketed. Strike 1.
Later, I overheard her rudely demanding a tip from one of my guests. Strike 2.
As a professional mixologist, business owner, and entrepreneur in the same industry, I found that behavior distasteful and unprofessional. In my book, we don’t do 3 strikes.
After that, we chose to focus our business with (Gera was Excellentfor ) I appreciate the service we did receive.
I originally came to scout the venue for upcoming company events, but after this experience, I’ll just say: “Blue Ribbon —...
