i’m VERY upset. the simple fact that we are VERY regular customers (WEEKLY) my boyfriend went to get our normal order, same thing every time. and of course he didn’t check because usually it’s right & no problem. he didn’t notice until he got home that they didn’t replace the avocado and add cream cheese LIKE WE ALWAYS DO. So whatever fine, he went back & tried to get it fixed. they then said the guy worker never rang up cream cheese for us BUT SAID IT AND REPEATED BACK NO AVOCADO ADD CREAM CHEESE. I can’t eat avocado. (and of course the one time we didn’t get a receipt didn’t think we had to) so they TOOK BACK THE TOGO BOX THAT ALREADY LEFT THE RESTAURANT. ( i’ve been in the food industry for awhile and that’s definitely VERY unsanitary and unsafe) then charged my fiance for $2.00 cream cheese and gave it to us separately outside of the remade sushi still WRONG ? even the lady AGREED we always get that and she knows and then still handed him the wrong made sushi with cream cheese separately. How lazy could you be ? Why are we paying you guys when i’m currently at home trying to put cream cheese in already rolled up sushi like this is ridiculous when i just paid full price for this but im doing yalls work? and this is coming from somebody who has and is CURRENTLY IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY. Read moreFor the Area the food is actually really good. Unfortunately however they only use the drive thru lane even for pick up orders. This needs to change. Badly. It leads to waiting 15-20 minutes after your scheduled pickup every single time waiting for people ordering food in the drive through lane. It’s really sad because the food is great and for the price you can’t beat it, but the management are clearly lazy and don’t care how long you wait behind people just ordering. It can’t be hard to open the front of the store to pick orders. I mean really. If they changed that one issue I would gladly give them 5 stars. Please consider this.
Edit I have lowered my review because they still refuse to allow pick up orders to not waste 20-30 minutes in the drive through while their food gets cold. Your lack of valuing customers and their time is absurd. Please fix this I want to keep coming but until this changes this is my last visit. Read moreI was a little hesitant because of the lack of photos lol I'm picky to with Asian food. The lomien, the brown noodles, were excellent. 10/10. The chow mei fun noodles I didn't like but that's my preference,someone else may like it. I got chicken on a stick for my son and he devoured it . He is autistic and picky but he loved it. The hibachi shrimp wasn't my best I've had but that's to be expected if you aren't eating it fresh off the grill. The white rice with the sauce from the hibachi was great . Spring rolls were a little small but delicious. So order at least 4 . The egg roll was great I ate it before a picture could be taken sorry . Over all very good.
