I would like to start out by saying that the girl that tried and did help me infinity was awesome and the other woman with the very short hair did eventually somewhat help relieve the situation and try to compensate me somewhat but I just want to reach out somewhere where someone from higher up may see this or even other shoppers I went to Taco Bell to get an online order I watched as the drive through line barely moved first of all then after entering the building I went to the counter and waited nearly 4 minutes before even being acknowledged then after being akcknowledged by the young black man with dreads and a slightly longer shaped face was unable to find out name of that person but when I told the gentlemen I was there for an online order and i could barely hear/understand a word he said as he talked in the lowest voice possible he said my order should be ready soon I also placed this order 15 minutes before even arriving I then sat dow. And waited 30 minutes I then approached the counter again obviously a little more flustered at this point as other customers with in store/ online orders placed after mine walked out the door 5-7 peoples orders if my mind serves me right I stood at the counter another 6 minutes waiting for anyone to show me some kind of attention the younger black gentleman walking by looking right at me multiple times never approaching me and multiple other employees not even acknowledging me then that’s when infinity walked up around from her area in the drive through and then asked me what she can do for me I then said I’ve been waiting on my order for Zoey she then went on to ask all the employees where my order was to which they all in sync responded loudly that the order was “done did gone and it’s been done for like 20 minutes” obviously I did not have a very happy look and she noticed that and went on to tell them well it’s obviously not if the guys still standing here with no food and then everyone went back to just doing what they were doing and she went back to do some dishes and the other menial tasks assigned I then walked away and sat back down expecting it to be another only 5-6 minutes as they all had knowledge now of me still waiting I then waited another 10+ minutes and after this the lady saw me stand back at the counter very visibly upset and peeved that I have not gotten my food she then sees me and gets angry aswell for me and asks the rest of the employees if they are going to work and get me my food I’ve now been waiting well over an hour for they then got hostile aswell I then sat back down one final time and finally after another 5-10 minutes my order was finally done I then checked the bags as after waiting this long for my food id expect my order to be correct and to my dismay the order still had products I requested to not be on there where as if I was allergic and needed those to not be on there I could’ve easily had a reaction if eating said item but at this point I was just tired of waiting an hour and a half for my food so I just left them on there and ate it but I cannot rate this establishment any higher or change my opinion until I can be reached or a member of higher management lets me know how to reach out to have this matter solved in the most professional nature possible I do not want to have anybody fired or your pitty compensation offers I just want the problem addressed solved first and foremost because when I choose a restaurant with a drive through I expect decently fast service as it is after all a...
Read moreSo finally got home after spending a whole hour and some waiting for them to remake an order that I picked up through the drive thru which happened to be someone else's order. Horrible. Ordered my food through the drive through and was given someone else's order, so I went inside. Gave them back the bag that had someone's name on it and my receipt so they could remake the correct order. Figured it was a big order composed of 5 people's meals so I'd wait and I sat down. Noticed that the individual I gave my receipt to brought it to their prepping table and stepped outside. Figured it was for a smoke break or something. Waited in the dining room in front of the counter with 3 other customers who had been waiting for approximately 30 min each before they got their food (I had asked since I had been waiting for so long). Literally sitting by the counter and nobody asked if I was waiting for anything or needed help. Watched one customer with his 3 kids ask for a refund because they were taking so long to give him his order. (From the point I entered, he waited an additional 20 mins before he asked for his refund which took him another 10 min to receive/process). My mother who was watching my disabled grandmother came inside to see what was taking so long and it turns out that they "lost" the receipt and completely forgot about us. They had to re-ring up the order to put it into the system and said they were gonna discount it. When they finally give the food, I asked about the discount but they shrugged me off and said the discount was in reference to them reordering the food and then not charging me for reputing in the order. They discounted nothing since we had already paid for the order from the drive thru window an hour ago! The manager was rude and said ya either get the food or we can cancel the order. Horrible...
Read moreI go here at least 3 times a week. They know me I go there so much. It's usually very very busy, which is understandable. Now, I work in food as well so I am a very patient and understanding person when something happens. This time, was unacceptable. It was about 11pm when I decided to go inside since the drive through was wrapped. I ordered my usual for me and my husband. My husband usually gets a quesadilla with a crunchy taco. They said they were out of crunchy taco shells. No big deal, he'll like soft instead. Now I got 3 soft taco supremes. After waiting almost 25 minutes for my food(again being very patient" I look in the bag and his taco was missing. I wasn't going to worry about it because he never really eats it, so I didn't worry. I got home, and all 3 of my tacos had nothing but meat and cheese. I thought okay, that's what my husband got, honest mistake. I called and the manager said, "my employees forgot to inform you we are out of lettuce" okay. So, you're telling me, your employee looked at the screen. Saw there was no lettuce and said "screw this" and messed my order up. Didn't tell me while I was there. So I drove back wanting a refund, and she insisted she made me two quesadillas and my next 3 tacos were free. After I yelled at the speaker I said fine. So THEN I went today to get my tacos, and they were cold, and covered in sour cream. Tacos are messy, don't get me wrong. But how the hell do you mess up a taco? I worked for Taco Bell for a year.
