Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Hinton

The cashier didn’t really seem to know the menu at all. Didn’t know what a route 44 is, thought it was a flavor not a size so we ended up just asking for a large. Didn’t know if the new smash burger on the menu came as a combo or not. Didn’t know you could make some of the slush flavors diet so we just got the regular flavors. My husband and I both ordered on the same ticket and we both asked for our meals to be large. Got the receipt and they were regular sized. Was willing to pay the difference or cancel and repurchase the large sized meals bc that’s what we wanted, but she didn’t know how to do that either. All she could say was sorry I’ll make sure they come out large. They were in fact not large. No biggie I guess we didn’t need a large meal. Ordered a #3 (bacon double cheese burger), it came with no tomatoes on it, the smallest amount of lettuce you might as well call it nonexistent, and the bacon was crumbled about the equivalent of half the slice of bacon and BURNT. Literally burnt. I picked it all off and wasted the extra $2 it cost but it still made the entire burger taste burnt. Cold dried up tots and fries. My husband ordered a footlong no onion and of course it still had onions on it. Then they act like when you ask them to remake the hotdog it’s our fault. The cook came from the back with a nasty look on his face and asked for the hotdog back before he remade a new one like we would even want to keep it in the first place. Didn’t enjoy the food at all only the slushie was edible. Didn’t enjoy the customer service either the cashier seemed sweet but she sucks at her job. The cook was rude. Won’t be back here...

This place is gross. The dining area looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. The walls are missing drywall, the vents in the ceiling are so clogged up and dirty it falls down on you. The floors looked like they have never been mopped. The kitchen area is even worse and some of employees look like they haven’t washed their uniforms in weeks. The 30-40 something year old guy working the register was friendly and did his job well but he was the only one working, there was a line of customers and the other two employees where just standing around talking. The manager came out of her office looked around barked some orders to the only person working (guy on the register) and then went back into her office. My food was cold and just thrown into the bag causing the buffalo wings to go all over the place and when I asked one of the jabber jaw employees of condiments they just threw them on the counter and walked away. Never again...

I went this sonic the other day.. Which was thursday.. I order a number 8 combo with a 44 oz cherry coke with cherrys.. I also order a. Bacon cheeseburger combo with onion rings with a slush and another 44 oz drink.. The lady who took our order ringed up are items separately and didnt give me what i wanted.. First of she was very rude and we had to keep repeating it to her over and over.. I will never go back.. Was my first time to this sonic and it was the worst experience i ever had.. Didnt get what i order and not to mention she didnt charge for the combo and left out my fries and onion rings and i didnt get no sauce with my chicken.. Just really disappointed.. Not to mention the chicken was over cooked and could not eat it.. I had to go somewhere else to eat because the food was bad and they didnt even put a cherry in my drink.. Not to mention it was water down.. So i will...
