Where do I start ... Well I'm new to the area was riding past and decided to try this new restaurant I ordered a Reuben, philly, cheese fries, Italian beef, poppers, etc 😟 my philly was not chopped not only was it not chopped it was on half the bun plain NOTHING no bell peppers mushrooms nothing! The cheese fries were crispy like burned dryyy my poppers were raw cold uncooked smh the best thing was the beef but it wasn't dipped didn't have anything on it but the meat wasn't over or under cooked my Reuben was a mess $25+ gone to waste should have just went to bk or something I had just got in car full of hungry kids thought I'd feed them eat and relax but after sharing what I could salvage I end up going to McDonald's😒. they should really do better looked like a nice place to dine but I think I'll pass the first impression should...

Really disappointed. I love the food here and I ALWAYS get the same thing. A Philly cheesesteak and fries. I came in today and ordered the same thing I always do. When I got it the lady at the front argued with me that i said a patty melt. I never order that so I don’t believe I said that. So she took the sandwhich back and then went back into the kitchen and talking to her coworkers about me. The last two times I’ve been in here also the workers at the time were causing and just not very mature. I asked for a ketchup bottle for my fries. The boy at the counter last time I was here dropped it on the floor and then proceeded to hand it to me. I said “Nevermind. You just dropped that on the floor and still wanted...

Update to my review. My take on the food below stands but the service is inconsistent at best. I've eaten here 4x since my review. Stopping today at 10:21 AM. I arrived before opening unbeknownst to me. The door is open and I walk in to order. The lady in the kitchen glares at me and shouts we're not open. O say ok and leave. I spend $20 a day on food and lately $13 of it has been on 2 philly steaks. I'll take my money elsewhere with better service. .................Great food. The Philly and Italian beef are my favorites but I've never had anything bad here. Walking distance from the road ranger truck stop makes a great place to go if you're tired of subway and other truck...
