McDonald's — Restaurant in Hobbs

Made a online order for table service sat in and waited they ended up calling the table number got up to pick up my food got to my table I was missing my drink went back up and they had just placed it on the shelf I walk back ready to eat they didn't add the sweet and sour sauce for the 10 piece and I was given 1 medium fries when I ordered 2 large I went back to the lady up front said she put two in there almost as if I was lying I just walked up there and asked for 1 large fries I was okay just taking a medium and a large she did hand me the fries I also told her about the sauce she gave me. the 2 large fries and the sauce get back to the table notice the sauce is all nasty and didn't even give me both that come with it and I notice I was also missing 1 apple pie at this point not even worth getting up asking again. Not the best service here. Nasty sweet and sour sauce was given to me to eat...

Poor manager, used self serve keisak, no receipt given so I didn't know my order number, when I asked I had to wait on Mgr Edgar Mordes. Tried to issue a refund, then said they didn't have $12 in the till. Ok, refund my card. I didn't get a receipt for that either. After several hours, called back and was told 2 to 3 business days to get a refund. Will be calling McDonald's Corp Boiling Brook Monday morning. I suggested they put some register tape in the self serve machine to avoid this problem again. Was told someone else had put the machines in, a Jack Robertson. Tried to call him also no answer. Will not repeat going...
